Rural villa, made of marble and local stones, on a terraced land of 5,000 m2 overhanging the sea with an aerial view of the Giglio Island, Capo d'Uomo and Torre della Maddalena. The land is furnished and equipped and has shady corners for reading, swimming pool, lawns with sun beds for sunbathing, panoramic terraces, outdoor showers, barbecue and outdoor dining room.
The house, consisting of lounge with fireplace, 5 bedrooms for 10 beds (2 double with large bed, 2 double with French bed, 1 twins with separate beds), 4 bathrooms (1 bath tub, 3 showers), kitchen equipped, patio and small cellar, it is cool in summer and warm in winter (independent heating). The vegetation is florid and fragrant, typical of the Mediterranean scrub, with 350-year-old olive trees. Access to the beaches and use of 2-seater canoe.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Meraviglia!

Location unica nella parte più bella e selvaggia di un Argentario fantastico, il percorso per raggiungerla non è dei più comodi ma è ciò che è necessario per godere della grande bellezza, un'esperienza assolutamente positiva introdotta da una proprietà attenta e discreta. Da ripetere!

Vor Ort ist eine traumhafte schöne Lage und Landschaft. Die schnelle Kommunikation und Gästebetreuung durch Tommaso war bei uns absolut beispiellos und sehr gut. Die abgelegene Lage passte gut zur Pandemie Situation, wir waren fast immer alleine in den Badebuchten am Meer. Wir wanderten, kletterten und fuhren mit dem MTB auf der Halbinsel.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Vielen Dank Tomasso! Kleines Paradies mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, alles im Haus vorhanden was man benötigt. Super Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Ganz toll die Erstausstattung zum Essen und trinken da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 20 min weg ist und eine ziemlich schmale Straße dort hin führt- vielen Dank! Auch die tolle Einweisung durch Albert ganz prima! Etwas schwierig für ältere Menschen da der Garten sich auf verschiedenen Ebenen verteilt, auch der Pool. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen für einen entspannten Urlaub mit herrlichen Meerblick.

Herausragender Gastgeber und wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Mai diesen Jahres im Haus von Tommaso. Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Tommaso sehr gut. Am Anreisetag hat uns Antonio, der Gärtner und Hausmeister, in Porto Santo Stefano abgeholt und über die bergigen schmalen Straßen zum Haus gebracht. Antonio hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und eine Einweisung gegeben. Antonio spricht nur italienisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns gut verständigen. :-) Zur Begrüßung haben wir ein umfangreiches Essenspaket mit vielen italienischen Spezialitäten erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal an Tommaso und Antonio. Zum Haus kann man sagen, dass es ganz schön versteckt am West-Hang der Insel liegt. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Giglio ist atemberaubend. Der Garten ist sehr groß und in verschiedene Ebenen unterteilt. Der Pool liegt etwas schattig, aber das kann auch an der Jahreszeit liegen. Mittags war es dort sehr schön warm. Im Haus waren 4 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, 3 Bäder, ein Innenhof und eine kleine Küche. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass es eine Einrichtung mit Charakter und Persönlichkeit hat. Für die Kinder war viel Spielzeug vorhanden. Allein die Raumaufteilung war nicht optimal, da eines der Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Aber auch das kann man mit zwei Familien gut organisieren, die Kinder schlafen ja meistens früh und erschöpft ein. Den Strand und die Kanus direkt in Hausnähe (10min zu Fuss) haben wir auch genutzt, aber der Strand ist steinig. In 30 Minuten Entfernung ist aber ein super schöner Sandstrand (La Feniglia), unbedingt zu empfehlen. Es war aber auch noch keine Ferienzeit, es war also leer am Strand. Das war bestimmt ein Vorteil. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und danken für die super nette und gute Betreuung!
