Casale Ansedonia is situated in the peaceful Maremma countryside, between Orbetello and Capalbio, just a short drive from the beaches of Ansedonia and Feniglia. This recently built villa reflects the charm of traditional Maremma farmhouses with its characteristic Pompeian red exterior and earthy-toned interiors. Surrounded by grounds dotted with poplars, cypresses and vineyards, Casale Ansedonia combines scenic beauty with contemporary style, offering a relaxing retreat for families and groups.
Interior:
The villa spans a main house with two floors, connected by an internal staircase, and an annexe. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall with study; Living room with dining area, ornamental fireplace, and direct access to the pergola; Fully equipped kitchen with garden access; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; Guest bathroom; Laundry room with external access. FIRST FLOOR: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; Double bedroom with private terrace; Twin bedroom; Bathroom with tub. ANNEXE: Single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, located 15 metres from the villa. Air conditioning in villa and in annex bedroom.
Park:
The fenced-in garden (1 m high mesh) extends over 5,000 sq m and is surrounded by family vineyards, with poplars, cypresses, and hedges providing natural shade and privacy. Access via an automatic driveway gate; gravel parking area with four uncovered spaces. Wooden pergola with bamboo and wisteria, used as an outdoor dining area; furnished with tables, chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. Swimming Pool:
The private pool is located just 15 m from the villa and annexe: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 12 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m; Saltwater purification; Six steps for access; Manual internal lighting; Lawn solarium equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a hot-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
