Lovely gîte with private pool

Enjoy swimming in the private covered swimming pool at this 4-bedroom holiday home in Montpézat. It is ideal for a total of 8 persons, be it a large family, two smaller families or a group traveling together.

Montpézat is a typical Provençal village, situated at the beginning of the Gorges du Verdon. You can go canoeing down the wild ravines, characterized by unspoiled nature. If you're here in spring, remember to soak up the wonderful colors and scents of the lavender fields. The town center at 0.3 km is great to stroll in the evening and to enjoy the streetscape. Supermarkets rest at 1.5 km and restaurants are at 6 km.

The morning starts best on the private roofed terrace, admiring the views across lake Le Verdon with a cup of coffee. In the private, fenced garden with colorful flowers, you can relax while children romp and play to their heart's content. You can enjoy barbecue evenings and end your day in style. Ferienhaus Montpezat

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, der Garten ist sehr schön, der Pool bietet Erfrischung für heiße Tage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Sehr angenehm war ebenfalls die Betreuung des Ferienhauses durch Roland. An- und Abreise ist völlig unkompliziert aufgrund der Flexibilität von Roland, der sich auch sonst um alle Belange kümmert, jederzeit erreichbar ist und Haus und Garten in einem sehr erfreulichen Zustand hält. Wir waren bereits das zweite Jahr in diesem Ferienhaus und werden wieder kommen.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem wunderbaren Ausblick

Obwohl schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet das Ferienhaus alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht: eine ruhige Lage, ein großer Garten mit mehreren Terrassen, ein herrlicher Salzwasserpool, ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Lac de Montpezat, zwei Kühlschränke und ein Gasgrill (der vielleicht demnächst einmal erneuert werden könnte ;-)) sowie genug Platz für 8 Personen. Der Verwalter war äußerst freundlich und hat den Pool bestens ins Schuss gehalten, vielen Dank!

Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht, wird sie hier finden.

Abseits vom allgemein üblichen Trubel ist dieses Ferienhaus ein kleine Oase. Inmitten der Natur gelegen ist dies ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entschleunigen. Wer Party und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sucht, muss etwas fahren aber dafür gibt es Erholung vom Alltag in einem sehr gepflegten Haus mit ebenso gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Wir kommen wieder !

Vacances réussies.

Maison très bien située à quelques centaines de mettre du club de canoë. La vue depuis la maison est idilique. La maison est agréable et bien équipée. Barbecue gaz. Roland nous a super bien accueilli. Il est très sympathique et s'est montré réactif à chacune de nos demandes.

Très belle propriété, piscine très agréable avec une eau adaptée aux personnes sensibles au chlore; nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une maison qui a une âme du fait du mobilier, des CD, des livres et de la décoration. La personne de contact sur place nous a très bien accueillis et était très attentive à nos désiderata. Par contre, le service administratif aux Pays-Bas est déplorable. Certaines communications nous arrivaient en néerlandais...sans traduction. De plus le payement des arrhes a été très problématique car le montant versé sur le compte prévu était introuvable pour ce service administratif. J'ai dû envoyer une copie de mon versement bancaire et attendre 2 semaines...sans répondre à leurs rappel répétés du versement des arrhes. Ces rappels étaient accompagnés d'une menace de remettre en location les 2 semaines d'août, vu que nous ne payions pas les arrhes prévus. Ce harcèlement fut très désagréable à supporter. Après 15 jours, j'ai reçu une information que le montant versé était retrouvé. Surréaliste! Par contre, aucune excuse ne fut émise pour les rappels de type harcèlement. J'avais aussi téléphoné au secrétariat aux Pays-Bas et j'ai compris directement que la personne ne comprenait pas suffisament le français car elle répétait des phrases apprises par coeur mais elle ne comprenait pas les difficultés administratives que j'expliquais. J'ai alors contacté Abritel à Paris mais la réponse fut laconique: débrouillez-vous avec le propriétaire! Dans ces conditions inacceptables au niveau administratif, nous décidons, s'il n'y a pas de réaction valable, de ne plus utiliser les services d'Abritel. Ce serait dommage car les maisons proposées en location sont excellentes. De bonnes intentions pour le futur ne seraient pas suffisantes pour faire changer notre opinion défavorable! Francis DELOOZ
