Adorable and roomy condominium at the pristine Alerio complex.  Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, you'll have your toes in the sands in just a couple of minutes through your private gated beach access.  This 3-bedroom/2-bathroom condo SLEEPS up to 8 guests comfortably. There is plenty of room in the open concept living and dining area for your entire crew to relax together enjoying snacks, games, your favorite show or perhaps a siesta while you make a lifetime's worth of memories at Alerio C302 in Miramar Beach.  Oversized conversation chairs, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and dining table that has room for 6  plus several bar stools are the perfect way to share your family's beach vacation.

When you choose this fun coastal condo, you will have over 1,300 sq. ft. of comfortable living space including 3 well-appointed bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a laundry closet with washer and dryer for your convenience. 

There is a king bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity with plenty of storage for your personal items, a bathtub, and tiled walk-in shower.   Additionally, there is a roomy closet for your vacation wardrobe.  Relax in the comfort of your bed and enjoy the flat screen TV with cable and complimentary WiFi to stream your favorite show.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. 

The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with fun summer swim decor and yet another flat screen TV.  Both guest bedrooms are near the roomy guest bath with a tub/shower combo.

Alerio C302 has limited gulf views with a balcony overlooking Scenic Gulf 98 with oversized adirondack furniture - a cozy spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine for sunset. 

This condo includes complimentary seasonal beach service, which includes an umbrella and 2 chairs.  Complimentary wifi is provided.

This unit is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.  Alerio C302 accepts seasonal monthly rentals - please call for more info!
