Wonderful condo and great location. It would have been nice if a hair dryer was provided. We ate all dinners out so I didn’t look to see how well the kitchen was stocked for cooking.

We love Leeward Key

We have stayed at Leeward Key several times over the past 20 years. We love the pool on the beach. This time we went with young kids and it was nice to have options. Of course the view is amazing and our main reason for staying here, but we love how easy and accessible it is to the beach and town. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We love the location and layout of the condo. This was the second time we’d stayed in this same condo. Beach is awesome and the condo is clean and well supplied. My only complaint would be it lacks a sharp knife, but that’s trivial in the whole scheme of things.

We had a great visit. Condo was well stocked. They had coffee filters, some spices etc. Also on the balcony were 2 small beach chairs, boogie boards that may have been provided or kindly left behind by a previous renter. Condo was super clean, fridge has ice maker that worked well. Also, the condo has a very handy self serve ice machine where you can buy a bag for your cooler etc. I would definately rent here again.

The apartment is comfortable. Great ocean view. The beach is splendid. Water is very warm in the Summer. Only downside of this location is the relentless helicopter traffic that creates a lot of noise when you are on the beach.

Best place we've stayed yet!

This was our 4th time staying in Destin and it was definitely the best condo we've stayed at. Everything was super clean, the location was perfect (the best location possible in my opinion) and the view from the condo was even better! Unloading and loading the car was super simple right by the elevator and the condo was right outside the elevator once we got to our floor. Walking distance to three of best the restaurants around and one was right next door at Kenny D's. Can't say enough good things to do it justice. Thank you so much! This is our new spot! The only negative is that we couldn't stay longer!

Really enjoyed Leeward Key 505. Views were spectacular, Becki was very sweet and her husband was nice enough to come over to repair disposal. Unit was not as clean as I expected during covid. Bathroom in master wasn't clean, floor corners dirty, jets in tub were surrounded with something I can only assume was mold. Bathtub dirty and faucet almost impossible to use. Garbage disposal had old black covered on corners spoon inside, almost breaking it but obviously been in there for a while, broken knife, no spatula for eggs. Other bathroom was not clean per my sister in law but I didn't go in there. Balcony wasn't swept chips were on floor. I don't keep my home this was and didn't expect vacation home to be this was. Everything great but cleanliness.

Perfect condo with perfect view for fantastic trip!

It was pretty and so well equipped! The kitchen had more than anyone could need! The view cannot be beat. And Becki-property Mgr-was awesome. I only reached out once when I first got to the condo and asked if I might get some more kitchen towels. They were there waiting for me brand new within an hour! I never needed anything after that. This is a great condo!!! Only sad I cannot rent it again since bldg is becoming Not pet friendly 😢

Great view

We have enjoyed staying at leeward key for several years renting various units. This one was ok. Nothing terrible but the mattresses are a bit worn out, no extra blankets and the kitchen supplies were a bit on the low side. The unit was clean, modern and the view is always great. I would stay at leeward key again, maybe just another unit.

Beautiful Condo w/ Amazing View

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Leeward Key. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, well accommodated, & clean. My family stayed there a week and we only brought in food, dish soap, & paper towels. The floor to ceiling windows in the living & master bedroom made for amazing views! The first thing we did each morning was open the blinds! We then ate breakfast on the patio each morning. We forgot to bring our printed parking pass, so I called the property company & they dropped one off the next morning. The beach is fantastic and the included chair/umbrella service is a huge perk. Get out there early if you want front row though! There are lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance, right next door & across the street actually. We would consider ourselves lucky to stay here again!

Unit was not very clean upon check in. Blender not working. Light bulbs burned out. Soiled towels were supplied for use. Dryer ruined clothing! Unit needs some attention to details from property manager weekly between rentals!

Wonderful!

We stayed for our honeymoon and couldn't be more pleased. Very well appointed condo with amazing views of the ocean. Proximity to the beach was outstanding and 2 great restaurants are a one minute walk away. Guys who work the beach service were super friendly. Busy road but we didn't really hear the noise. Large sidewalks and great neighborhoods to walk the dog. Becki was great to work with (and we wore her out due to the COVID19 mess). Very responsive to questions and the one issue we had with dryer (was fixed that morning). Luggage carts and a loading zone were very helpful. We plan on returning and would highly recommend this property.
