We just stayed in this property for 7 days with 4 adults and 5 junior high to high school kids. The space was perfect for all of us. We found everything to be very comfortable and well-stocked. The beds and linens were perfect, we appreciated the decor and fully stocked kitchen. We used the grill 3 times and had everything we needed to serve full family meals. Everything was updated in this unit and the golf cart was very nice. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Didn’t want to leave!

This house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and is placed perfectly between the Village & the beach. It’s a short ride to either place on the golf cart. House is spacious and has a beautiful backyard view. House is well stocked with everything you could need. We loved our stay and will be back. We did have some golf cart trouble, and they were quick to get it fixed for us. Shout out Jake for being so helpful and kind. Very fast responses from the company.

Bright and inviting home!

This is our second time to stay at this house. The home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation. We love the bright and sunny living room and bedrooms. Excellent access to the beach and my son even caught a large bass and other fish in the pond out back. We will be returning.

The parking was horrible. You could never find a spot to park. If you ride the golf cart when you came back there was not parking for it you had to watch for somebody to move. The outside wasn’t clean debris all over from the trees. The golf cart didn’t have a cover like advertised a cap was off the wheel in the compartment. The back scolding for the door was taped up. And the deck door was laying on the porch. Rooms were clean and neat. I sent pictures I wanted to let them know it was like that when I checked in.

Nice place!

This unit was just as shown online. The kitchen was well stocked and having a grill was nice. Bathrooms were nice and all linens were in great shape. The management company communicated in a timely manner. This unit is part of the Sandestin resort so that means a very busy beach. Plan to get there early to set up but then you can come and go. The golf cart was not available most of the week due to a maintenance issue. It definitely impacted convenience and part of the fun, but not the owner’s fault. It would be nice if the management company or owners had maybe a backup or two to share between them in the event the golf cart is not available. It was one of the main reasons we booked this unit but understand things happen. Overall very nice!

Tranquility

This property was truly exceptional. It's well appointed with the decor, seating, beach necessities, and kitchen items. We stayed thru July 4th and there was no need for us to leave to see fireworks. We sat on the back deck and watched what the Hilton set off. It was perfect. There were beach chairs and pool noodles for beach days. The golf cart was a life saver. We were able to use it to go everywhere within the resort. There were a couple times the cart was super slow from riding too long but if we let it sit for a few minutes it got it's pep back. You can use the tunnel on the exit side of the main gate to cross under 98 to get to the other side which has shopping to include a Publix and several restaurants.Parking isn't ideal at the unit but if you get a good spot, having the cart means you don't really need to move your car during your stay. The tram is also a really nice option and it is within walking distance from the unit. I stayed in the unit with 3 families. Adults and 3 teenage boys and we all had plenty of room. We could all sit in living area comfortably and fit at the table for games with no problem. Overall this is a great location and very peaceful unit. When we finally arrived after 2 days of driving we immediately felt at home. All parties were pleased with the layout and decor. We decided that when we go back to Miramar/Destin it will be to this unit. If you want a tranquil getaway but have easy access to THIS is a great choice.

Overall it was pretty nice. Very relaxing. Only real issue we had, along with many others, was the lack of parking. There's a golf cart for each condo thats parked in the parking spaces but not enough parking for the actual vehicles. There were multiple times throughout the week that we had to park way down the line of condos. Thankfully we just dropped someone off to come get everyone on the golf cart.

Great place to accommodate family with teens!

We were traveling with 6 young adults who do not always agree on doing the same thing at the same time - this house was laid out with plenty of space for us and the resort and golf cart provided so many options for things to do that everyone stayed happy and entertained at all times! The home was clean and very well appointed we will be back !

Not Recommended

The First photo in the ad was a nice golf cart indicating you can easily get to the beach from house with it. My family takes an annual beach vacation and we try to get a location on the beach. The fact they had a golf cart made this listing an option. On the day of our trip they told us the gold cart wasn’t working and they didn’t even off a replacement despite the location being at a golf resort. We finally got an old 4 person cart after we demanded it in replacement of the 6 person. The ad also indicated we got discounts for resort but we could not get a discount for beach chairs and umbrellas when we tried plus we did not get any help from property manager on this issue.

Overall the stay was great. Very convenient to have all the shops, food etc rite there onsite. However we spent most of our trip at the pool. The beach was overcrowded and the ocean was nasty, not sure if it was the time of year or if it's always that way.

Family vacay

I don’t usually do reviews but I always read them and so I thought I would do one to help others out. The house was beautiful!! Beautifully decorated, loved the 3 large bathrooms for all the adults we had, deck was large and we utilized the grill multiple times! They had all necessary things you could need, plenty of towels which was very nice. Now the downsides! The mattresses are terrible! Everyone complained they could feel the springs in their beds, none of us got a really good nights sleep but the sheets were nice enough. But I really can’t stress enough how they NEED to invest in new mattresses!!!! People make and charge plenty for these that they should be able to keep them comfortable! There wasn’t even any spices, salt and pepper or anything! This is the first place I’ve stayed that didn’t even have those! It’s a waste for people vacationing tobut those things that you’re not going to use all of. No Reynolds wrap, ziplock bags nothing!! A few plastic containers to use but minimal! The beach chairs are not in good condition, one is literally falling apart. There is also not a keurig just a heads up, we bought a small one and left it but we were told by the cleaners they have to remove anything left behind! And the huge huge bummer was the golf cart didn’t work!!! This is the reason why I booked this area, I knew we could easily get around without having to all pile in the car! They initially informed me quickly about the problem, said they would follow up, send out a technician to look at it and then never did. I finally called and they said they’d have a manager call me and never did. I totally get that things happen but communication can be the difference between 3 stars and 5 stars.

Beautifully Furnished Villa!

Villa is beautifully furnished with all necessary amenities and more… We only had two concerns, the dining room windows do not have window coverings and streaming was not available on any of the TV’s. Other than the unit is very lovely and quiet. We had a nice relaxing time and would definitely want to return again!

A Check off the Bucket List

It had been my wish that me, my three adult children, two spouses and two grand babies could all go on vacation together. The house is so bright and welcoming with plenty of room and furnishing to accommodate a large family. The fully equipped kitchen made meal storage and prep and cooking easy. The outdoor grill was a plus!! We used insta cart and had our groceries for the week delivered shortly after our arrival. The back deck is a lovely space set up for hanging out, eating and relaxing. The golf cart for getting to and from pool, beach, shops and restaurants was like a cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking is a joke at best. And the beach was the most crowded I’d been on. Other than that the stay was very nice. Assigned parking at this unit would go a long way. First night I had to park up by the main entrance. Bout a 1/2 mile away.

This place is very nice! Loved that there was no carpet, except for rugs. Deck on lake was great! Watched the fireworks that were shot off on the beach from it. Having a golf cart to get around in, was awesome! Only complaint would be the master bedroom needs a new king mattress. It was very uncomfortable. Could feel each spring.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic time. The house was beautifully furnished, relaxing and comfortable. Plenty enough space to enjoy ourselves inside and on the deck. The golf cart was great to have. Plenty of great places to eat nearby and easy ride to the beach.

Beautiful and bright condo on a little lake, ample space for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked. Great access to the community with a new golf cart. Only wish there had been a hottub at the community pool.

Lovely home & fantastic location!

We absolutely loved our long weekend at this wonderful home! It was spotless upon arrival which we appreciated so much! The owners have thought of any and all important details, including the fun golf cart in the rental cost. The location of the home was also very convenient to everything we needed to do! Very nice condo - would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our mom's weekend getaway. It fit 6 of us perfectly and we had plenty room to spare. The golf cart was a breeze to use to head to the beach. I would recommend to bring more chairs or umbrellas if you need. The condo was very clean - we had no concerns regarding cleanliness at all.

Relaxing and serene environment

Extremely Impressed!

We fell in love with this property from the moment we stepped in. This property had everything we needed for a weeks stay with our family. Plenty of beds, dishes, etc. The golf cart was another added bonus that was luxurious. It’s been well decorated, and everything was practically new. This place is great location to everything!
