Location was great, but the Breathe Easy staff was disappointing.We encountered several issues during our stay, and the way they were handled was unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, I was not impressed with their service or responsiveness.

Balcony ocean view was exceptional. Clean & in good repair. Very comfortable. Very well equipped and supplied with dishwash tabs; garbage bags & detergent enough for more than one day.. yay!

Relaxing, Calm, Must Stay!!

We absolutely loved this condo. It is in a private resort area right on the beach. It is also beside a private beach so it isn’t too busy (in May)! The parking garage and getting to your actual condo was very smooth. The actual condo itself was clean and super nice on the inside! The view of the beach was beautiful from the balcony. I really do recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing & beautiful beach vacay! We really had no complaints during our stay. Communication with the condo management was also seamless and consistent! The only two things I could say (not negative, just specific advice) if you are a coffee lover you may want to bring a pot with a carafe (but the one they have works and is easy to use) and if you like a lot of covers at night time, you may want to bring an extra comforter or fluffy blanket! Overall, a great stay and we will be back to Beach Manor!!

I’d Stay Again!

Great beach escape

The condo is really nice and clean. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and the additional amenities that were offered (basketball, putt putt, etc ). The beach is not as busy which was a plus for me. Watching the dolphins was nice too. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Beautiful view

Great location and beautiful beaches. The view from the balcony is outstanding! Plenty of space and nicely decorated. The building in early April was quiet for us and the pool areas weren’t too crowded. The larger pool and bar/restaurant are an added bonus. Management was very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay.

Beach Manor 410

It was wonderful the condo was very clean, had all the necessities and beautiful views. We stayed in room 410 the only thing that I can see the bathrooms could use is hand rails for the tub to get in and out safely.

Nice getaway

Great beach access, had beach all to ourselves most of the time. Found nice sea shells on the shoreline-as I walked towards adjacent state park. We found the unit was just as advertised. The property is nearby restaurants and stores.

Great Condo

We love Beach Manor! We have stayed in several units over the years of visiting Miramar Beach, Destin. This unit did not disappoint! The unit was as pictured. It was very clean. Decorated nicely! The master bedroom mattress was a little too firm for us. This is personal preference. Breathe Easy was very nice to work with. We definitely will book again!

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was fantastic. We were able to have some really nice days on the beach and also enjoy a rainy day watching movies! The condo had everything we needed and was very well kept. We would definitely stay again.

Truly a Heavenly Retreat

My recent stay at Heavenly Retreat was just that...from the moment we walked in to a beautiful, spotless, well appointed condo to the absolutely perfect beds, it was a great stay. The BEACH at Tops'l is a huge draw - it's not nearly as crowded as down the beach. Easy communication and quick replies with the management company was the bow on top. I'll be back!

Great Accommodations!

We had a really great time. The view was fantastic and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were nice and the landscaping had just been updated. The beach area was well kept and beautiful. Location is great- close to several wonderful restaurants and stores.

Fantastic Condo!

The entire property is absolutely lovely and lush. Check in was the easiest ever! Covered parking leads to a very close-by entry and elevator doors. Condo 808 met our expectations - beautifully furnished with comfy sofas and chairs and a large dining area. The entire rear wall is glassed, as is the spacious master bedroom, giving us a 180-degree view of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, as well as the pool below. The patio is A-shaped and spacious. A fully stocked kitchen and washer dryer gave us all the comforts of home. There is a large flat-screen in the living area, as well as in both bedrooms. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Access to both beach and pool is easy. We rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach, but the condo also offers the use of their own if you wish to set up each day. In short, our week at 808 was perfect in every way!

Beautiful Beach View - Great Rental - July 2023

We vacation every year at the Tops'l Beach & Racquet Club Resort, and this was our first stay at the Beach Manor. We not only loved the Manor (the covered garage parking and efficient elevators were both a plus), but this unit is fantastic! It was exceptionally clean with modern furnishings and decor, well stocked with amenities that aren't usually included in vacation rentals, and it's oceanfront location offers gorgeous views of the beautiful Gulf waters. Lastly, the reservation and management staff communicated with us constantly throughout the week to make sure that our needs were met and that we were getting the most from their wonderful unit. We highly recommend this unit!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

If I could give this rental more than 5 stars I would! I consider myself pretty particular when renting…I want it to feel like a home away from home. This condo was exactly that! It was very clean with beautiful up to date decor. The beds were comfortable! Communication was top notch. The location was absolutely perfect! The views from the balcony were beautiful. I could go on and on. Everything was beyond perfect!
