Customer service = A+. Kudos to Sheridan and Amber. Both were nice and professional. Keepers!!!

Hands down, this place was perfect. I loved how clean everything was. The staff was so accommodating and ready to help. Amber is phenomenal. If there was anything I had questions about, she was there to assist. I know where I’m staying, each and every time we’re in Minot!

Checked into my room, hadn't been vacuumed, no towels, no shampoo, conditioner. My daughter also checked into room-that was prepaid-they said when they changed ownership the info didn't transfer and were going to use my credit card to charge $154 for room, prepaid at about $64. My daughter had to bring up on her phone to prove that room was prepaid.

We initially got a room with the shower fixtures under repair. But they up graded us to a suite. Their breakfast was better first time we stayed. I think it has something to do with they were in the middle of switching owners.

Ok, so this place had the ability to be great but.... the hot tub was broken. As was the second elevator which was annoying. Staff was obviously stressed. Maybe understaffed? Breakfast employee made the comment she doesn't normally work breakfast. There was nothing to eat both mornings we stayed. Everything was out. No hard boiled eggs. Out of batter. The hot foods were gone. What... no one in the kitchen? We went to Denny's for breakfast. There was no one to check us out. We waited five minutes. Left the cards on the desk and left. Our room wasn't fully cared for the day we were out. Came back to the bathroom cleaned but beds left unmade and trash left in main room. Who just cleans the bathroom?! How half-assed. And the TV had virtually no available channels. We were in a nice king bed room with sofa bed. Our daughter wanted to watch cartoons. According to the guide, there were lots of kids channels. But when clicked, we got "this channel is not available." No Disney, nick, cartoon network, none. While the hotel has lots of potential, we left feeling rather disgusted.

Awesome room! The kids had a great time and so did we!

One room was not made up so had to get another. The second room had no towels. The difference between good and great is paying attention to the details.

My room was an extended size king. It was a fantastic value for only $59 or so. The quality of the facilities including the little things like the bed and the linens were terrific. This is a very nice property. It felt like the staffing was a little tight. There was a wait of several minutes for someone to come to the front desk at both check in and check out times. Some of the food in the breakfast area was out and there did not seem to be an attendant around to replenish the items that were gone.

Nothing about this hotel stands out, positive or negative, but it’s nice enough for the price. The website showed a bigger couch/sleeper bed (3 sections vs. 2), and the pool slide appeared to have been removed. The first room they gave me had an adjoining wall with the ice machine/vending area and when I asked if I could have room farther away they gave me another room without question. The second night there were kids hockey teams staying there and the parents were paying NO attention to their kids running up & down the halls screaming. They did get shut down shortly after 10 p.m., probably by hotel staff. I guess that’s a risk you take when going with one of the least expensive hotels. If not for the rowdy hockey kids it actually would have been kind of nice. All in all I would still recommend it, but you may want to ask if there will be any kids sports teams there during your stay.

The Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.... the location is very convenient!! I will definitely make another stay!!

This hotel was excellent for the price!! Clean, spacious, comfortable...stands above a lot of other La Quintas that I've stayed in! Super impressed!!!

This hotel was fantastic. Clean and super nice. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Quick check in, quiet place. I am a single female business traveller and had some hesitation about going to the oil field area. It was a bit more than I'd usually spend, but safe and quiet. Coffee was better than average too.

It was in a nice quite location, had restuarants and strip mall nearby!

We stayed here with our two daughters last Nov. So we decided to stay here again. We liked the location, the price and the cleanliness of the hotel. What else we thought was a nice thing, that we did not know. Is that if you stay mon thru thurs, they have a complimentary meal at supper . which you do not get that at other places. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we will recommend this place to other people.

I received exactly what I expected. Good clean relatively new hotel with free pkg and WiFI

Very clean, friendly, comfortable, and fancy and at a good price, I would recommend to friends

We chose this hotel en route from Saskatchewan Canada to Southern Ontario. our check in was quick ,efficient and accurate. The front desk attendant was also able to recommend a nearby dining establishment . The hotel and our room was new. The room was nicely appointed with fresh carpeting, drapes and bed linens. The television worked and the bathroom was very clean and functional. The hotel allows pets which was an added bonus for us, along with the fact the hotel made us sign a standard pet waiver but there were no additional costs incurred for the pets. I did not have a chance to use the health club facilities due to some time constraints , however the weight machines looked clean and new The no charge breakfast was average and sufficient. The morning breakfast crew was attentive to their stations and food and beverages were always sufficiently supplied in their serving dishes. The hotel was good value for my family, "I would stay again at this hotel".
