Although the hotel was not ready upon check the staff went above and beyond to make us happy and upgraded us. Unfortunately the hotel was quite run down and not overly clean. It seems to be a staffing issue particularly through a busy weekend.

We booked a double queen room, the hotel was overbooked and we were given a king room with a pull out sofa and a roll away. Nothing was said to us during check in, just a surprise when we opened the door to our room.
