The people there were the best. Had great customer service. Had originally reserved for one night but got very sick overnight and could not leave or check out the next day; my daughter spoke to them and they were very nice to her and let her rebook for another night under my name because I was not able to personally go to the front desk. Employees were all willing to accommodate us in anything.

The service could take this place up to the next level... my very first impression was with the valet staff, which seems to double as the bell staff, but I'm not sure they know that. I drove up and parked outside and was greeted by a valet guy. He asked if I would be self parking or using valet. I said we'd just be dropping some stuff off in our room then heading out - OK He didn't offer to take our stuff. He just said, "great!" So I walk up to the counter to check-in - car still outside running and the front desk gal said the valet guys can help me get my bags to the room - OK I walk to valet after I checked in, and said I have some bags in the back, can you help me out? Blank stare. He seemed confused. I repeated myself and then asked if they assist with bags - he said "of course" but did not seem to get why I was asking him. So he follows me out to the car with the bell cart and stands there with the tail gate open. I look at him and he just stands there waiting for me to unload my bags onto the cart while he holds it. My encounters with the valet / bell staff continued in this fashion throughout my stay... they do bare minimum. Even when I left they just dropped off the bell cart and said, you got it from here, or do you need my help? It would be nice to be accommodated w/o question. It would be nice to have bell staff AND valet staff. The hotel seems short staffed and people seem to be half-heartedly doing each other's jobs.

For the $73 we paid on a peak Saturday night stay it was plenty nice. The staff were friendly, the room clean, and the halls quiet. The only complaint was the condition of our room, a little weathered & ready for some minor repair but otherwise perfectly fine for one night. For the price we'd stay here again, beats car service home on a busy weekend night!

Beautiful facility in a great location. Close to entertainment venues and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.

It looks beautiful online and it's ok in person. Everything was expensive $13 for wifi and any hotel I've been too like Hilton or embassy suites I have never heard or paying for wifi. It was $6 delivery fee if u needed anything brought to the room, it was my friends bday we needed a knife to cut a cake. The bartender was rude. But the room was nice and the bed was comfty. Just bring a lot of money if you stay here.

We're celebrating our 23 year anniversary, and enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Can't wait to stay here again great location downtown

Clean, nice bed and very nice bathrooms and showers. Cool lobby. I had an excellent stay.

We were very pleased to receive a complimentary upgrade when we arrived because all of the rooms of the type we booked were full. The staff were very friendly. The room was very dusty and not very clean but it was OK. I would stay here again and I would recommend to a friend.

Classy elegant hotel. Very clean rooms. Restaurant is great! Will stay here again when we have the chance!

Great experience, very well located and beautiful hotel !

Hotel Minneapolis was a great deal. Over $100 less than our usual spots. Very close to new Vikings stadium, Target Field and the North Loop restaurants. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. 7th floor corner room was fairly quiet, and very well appointed. There was a line when we checked in, that moved quickly. Hotel clerk apologized for the (short) wait and then upgraded our room. We will be back.

Hotel was everything I'd hoped. Beautiful interiors and great location to downtown. Will stay again. We did have an issue with hot water or lack of it, but seemed to be resolved in a few hours.

This hotel is in a nice location centrally located near lots of great bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean although a bit small. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for many things! Within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. We parked our car and walked every where. This hotel is a perfect match for a weekend of seeing the city on foot. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable with a restaurant on site. We will most definitely stay here again! Very nice place with great staff! Parking across the street was very reasonable after 4:00 pm

Went to the Cities for a weekend getaway - hotel was located downtown, within easy walk of restaurants and bars, or take a cab to anything further away. Parking was ok, however had a bit of difficulty finding the parking ramp. But overall very nice.

It was a great place. Having lived in Minneapolis for several years, this was a pleasant way to return.

great stay - good location - Minneapolis is absurdly cold!!
