Dirtiest place we ever stayed. Only good thing is location and Kim at front desk was always courteous and polite.

I have stayed at residence properties in the past and had good experiences, so I thought this tip would end the same, I thought wrong. Check in was painless and the front desk staff was nice enough, but when I got to my non-smoking room and opened the door it smelled horribly like smoke and both windows were open. I called to confirm that I had a non smoking room and the hotel switched me to another room. When I walked into the second room I noticed that the remote was on the bed and as I moved further into the room i noticed that the bed was disheveled as though someone was recently laying in bed watching tv. There was a half eaten bowl of something on the nightstand and garbage on the floor. Strike 2. I went tot the front desk to wait for the next room as the front desk clerk checked rooms for me. i could hear her opening and shutting doors as she tried to find a room. When I finally got a room, it was generally clean and comfortable. Not very noisy and didn't smell like smoke. I won't stay at this property again.

Good stay...close to the highways. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be making another pitstop here.

Friendly staff room was clean and recently remodel walls thin but guest respected quite hours. Conveniently located on west side of twin cites where I had business

The non-smoking room smelled a bit like stale smoke.

We had a nonsmoking room and it reeked of stale cigarettes. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said nothing. No response at all.

We arrived being told that the hotel had over booked and we would not be able to get the rooms that we had booked several weeks prior. But, the gal working did seem to try hard to give us some other options and provided bedding for the air mattresses that we needed to use. The room did not seem to have glasses to drink from and we had to go get adequate amount of toilet paper. One of the rooms we were assigned smelled terribly of old smoke. I had a young man with us that thought the room would maybe trigger asthma symptoms. The hotel seemed extremely understaffed. In the morning i tried to officially check out and get receipts for our room, but nobody was at the front desk. After waiting there for a considerable amount of time, I just left. The gal working there was very nice but she needed help.

I went to a private party and it was a short cab ride back knowing I would not want fo drink and drive. Nice staff, no issues.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in the last ten years. Avoid at all cost.

Bad Hotle no brfkist tv did not work staff sade 2 daferant tames to chick out

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The lobby looks good. But the room we were in was not. There was a rip in the screen and since the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room was so bad, we had the windows open, we had wasps enter the room through the screen hole. And yes, we basically were in a smoking section. The room below us must have been smoking and it came right up into the bathroom like we were in the same room with them. Horrible. The bathroom fans were so noisy everywhere you could hear them thumping like crazy. Since it's a long term hotel, there are lots of strange and strong cooking smells as well. Just not enjoyable. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly. Sorry, but I won't ever stay here again. Would rather pay $15 more and have a odor free, low noise place.

I didn't know the name of the hotel until i got there because all the website told me was ESA. But check-in went great, but I was disappointed when I got to the room and found out the beds were not queen size beds. We had 4 of us and no room to sleep. They didnt offer a roll away bed, no breakfast, no tooth paste or shampoo to offer. You have to go and get yourself new towels and the room does not get changed daily. I would suggest that this hotel is not a good one for a few nights stay for the weekend, but for people who are alone and get their own breakfast and towels.

Was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Everything was quite satisfactory except that the bed was a little hard.

It was a weekend to visit family. The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. The room comes with the very basics. Overall I would definitly stay there again.

I was there just for a weekend getaway. I have stayed at this hotel before. I would definately stay there again. The only thing about this time was the bed was a little too firm for me. Prior times the bed was fine.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.l Unfortunatley, the bed was so hard there was no give whatsoever. It was like sleeping on a board.

Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were not clean! we requested a new one a got one that was more clean but still not what you would expect to get.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep, crash and be ready the next day, this place will do the job. Nothing spectacular about the hotel, except the bargain price. The room was overall clean and tidy. There is no need to put a "do not disturb" sign outside your door as the housekeeper only comes in once a week. You need to ask for new towels and shampoo at the front desk, and hope they have some available.

saved money while bringing wife and daughter with the equiped kitchen and large suite, very reasonably priced for the amenities
