The rooms are so dirty it is unbelievable! Kitchen floor was so sticky that we had to wash it ourselves.....and the rag was black afterwards. Fridge didnt work, we were told someone will fix it tomorrow. When tomorrow can and no one to fix it we requested a different room. That room the shower didnt work at all. Working on a full refund!

Only kind of liked the location. Not very close to shopping and restaurants. Not walking distance.

For the price, things were ok. The property is old and needs a refresh. Many things in our room did not work and the kitchen and cabinets are terribly out dated. The staff did what they could to help, but the front desk staff could only do so much.

We have to wait about 10-15 minutes to get checked in cause no staff was at the desk. Then we were told we were going to have to wait cause they would need to complete shift change first. Lobby was dirty and extremely strong smell of air freshener to the point it was hard to breath. The hotel was like an apartment complex for locals , the guest staying there were extremely loud until after midnight. The rooms were very outdated and dirty and had a horrible odor. Breakfast was ridiculous. There was one granola bar and two muffins. The parking lot and sidewalks were not cleared of snow and ice which was hard to get in and out of the hotel with wheelchair. This place isn't worth $180 per night.

I liked the idea of having what I needed in the room, cleanliness was excellent

it was clean, receptionist was professional and quick

The front desk lady had a bad attitude and talked with a lot of arrogance . The rooms have air conditioning units fixed to the walls and they drip water to the carpet which in turn rots and emanates a stench smell. No breakfast was offered! I picked a non smoking room but there was cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

The afternoon staff are the best, very friendly, I dislike everything else about this place, I had to paid for house keeping, I had to pay up front before receiving my room keys, I had to take my dirty towels and sheets to the front desk, before I can receive clean towels and sheets, I had to change my own bed sheets. Overall this is not a hotel, this is a place to stay when you have no other options.

room and amenities such as utensils ,coffee maker were great. the only thing I thought was lacking was t.v. stations, but, I wasn't in there long enough to watch much t.v. work and other thjngs.

We enjoyed our overnight at Extended Stay very much, would stay there again

Beware, do not stay here unless it is your only option. Room was very dirty, every surface was filthy. Multiple lights didn't work in the room, bathroom ceiling was moldy and ceiling fan was caked in dust and grime to the point that air couldn'tget through, iron didn't work, etc. The price of this hotel seemed appealing for a quick one night stay, but be warned that it is the worst hotel we've ever seen.

This place is terrible. Smell like sewerage. Rude staff

Asked the front desk for the complimentary dishes and utensils but 2 hours later they still weren’t delivered. WiFi also didn’t work

Left after 4 hours. Atmosphere was horrible, rooms were horrible, bed was hard, bathroom was dirty, air conditioning unit could not keep cool, and TV could not get a clear picture. Hotel staff had 3 year old running around unattended. When the sun went down the parking lot became a party zone. I did not feel safe at all. I packed my things and left.

Dirtiest place we ever stayed. Only good thing is location and Kim at front desk was always courteous and polite.
