The house cleaning did a terrible job of cleaning and the front desk was incapable of coordinating the appropriate rooms for guest. It has been a year later & I cannot forget about how poor my stay was upon writing this review.

The idea of having a kitchen was a plus but the place was so dirty that I didnt want to use it.

I was checked into a room with a bedsheets that hadn’t been changed. And the bathroom had hairs in the tab. It was disgusting. I spoke with the manager, Jackie and she said my money was going to be refunded. I need that to happen. Thank you, Margaret

Kitchenette stove filthy, fridge not working at all, shower drain clogged, bed linens stained, pullout couch has mattress that was falling apart so we had to cram 3 people on 1 bed. "Free breakfast" cosisted of 2 granola bars and some oatmeal packets. No coffee available. Would definitely not stay here again.

The place was overbooked and no help was granted by staff beyond telling us it was overbooked. Never again

This is good hotel it has every thing it is also clean and comfortable for cook and staying in side the room thanks

Arrived late at night and was told that I didn't have a room, even though it was confirmed. I received no notice before I occurred travel fees to get to the hotel, and was offered no help to find another room.

The shower had not been cleaned and the room was very hot when we arrived

No towels in bathroom bed spread dirt stain and floor carpet had a stain.

Everything is outdated. Has a terrible strong odor in the hallway and the room smells like a strong woman perfume. My money was not refundable so I had no choice.

Booked this last minute for my husband as his flight was delayed until the morning. He said it was dirty, he went to use the toilet and it wasn’t clean.

That was nice hotel and customer service was great
