Paid for a queen size bed hotel room paid for it when I got to the room it wasn't what I booked and paid for I got a double not a queen my room I got the impression. The room hadn't been cleaned because of strange things a housekeeper would notice if it had been thourghly cleaned counter person told me I was given the right room not by the picture of the room I paid for and the kinda nasty one I got was dismissed by front desk staff . I expect to get what I'm told I'll get and what I paid for and I think I know the difference between a double bed and a queen size bed. The counter person gave me what they wanted not what I booked or paid for... Instead of being told I'm wrong dismissed and felt ripped off . These people are not on the up and up with their customers ..and besides that I was homeless and am now I needed to stay there not taken advantage of and lied to .. because I'm a girl doesn't make me stupid and I don't deserve what I've spent my money on something that didn't fit my reservation or price or picture I think they owe me a free night for the night I didn't get what I reserved and payed for don't rent out what you say you are and then don't. Provide what you promise and take advantage of someone who is homeless very bad business practice and the vending and pop machines never work o are empty . I think they need to understand what Customer Service is . Room switching to pocket money for the bigger room is called theft by swindle crappy pathetic hotel staff

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very blah. Could use an update. And continental breakfast was boring. Nicely located near a Perkins and Applebee’s though.

Great value! Exceeded my expectations. Staff was great about getting me into my room ASAP despite my online reservation not having arrived yet. Pool and hot tub we're clean. Room was very clean and nice.

The air conditioner did not work so our room was very cold. The mini fridge made an annoying ticking noise all night. The pool was nice and breakfast was good.

Just the basics, no frills. HVAC unit in room was never running, but it was very warm, despite -15F temps outside. Slept in a tank top. Pool & sauna full of kids- family friendly. Quiet at night. Easy access to shopping, minutes from downtown Stillwater. Only downside: No workout room. Good bargain if you only need a place to sleep.

Good value for money. The wifi in room didn't work had connection in lobby. The beds were serviceable but not really comfortable.

We had a great time and we happy with the comfort and privacy of our room as well as the size. The room was clean and we enjoyed being able to relax away from our busy lives.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I booked, or I would have opted not to stay in Stillwater. Room smelt of stale cigarettes. Burn holes in furniture and bedding. Very outdated and old. Continental breakfast was a joke, even the coffee was watered down. Very small room. People came in their rooms around 1:30 am and yelled at each other until 5:00 am. Paper thin walls. Don't stay there, period.

For the price, it was about what I expected. The hallways seemed a bit dingy but overall the rooms were clean. The breakfast was essentially carbs but when you are on vacation you might as well indulge in some chocolate mini donuts.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Son had block of rooms reserved for his wedding. First night I went to front desk at 11pm to request extra towel and could not find anyone. Rang bell as requested at desk but still no one came. Waited over 20 min and went back later but never could find anyone. Next day left do not disturb on door because husband was still getting ready when I left in am. He took sign off door at 11am, but when we returned at 2:30pm room hadn't been cleaned yet. Gentleman at desk assured me room would be cleaned. When we returned that night after rehearsal dinner room was still not cleaned. When I went to front desk man told me it was too late to be cleaned (of course I knew this). He said because it was a pre-paid room there was nothing he could do about the situation and directed me to talk to mgr Rosa in am. He did give me towels....after I requested...but at no time said he was sorry. Next day when I talked to Rosa, she said we had put a do not disturb sign on door and house keepers had cleaned that area. I told her I had been assured at 2:30pm the room would be cleaned. She told me I had a pre-paid room, asked me twice if I had gotten new towels and said there was nothing she was going to do about situation. I did not expect a refund but did think they could do something since I had spent approx $125 a night. Again at no time did she say she was sorry about the situation and directed the blame to me. Very poor management! As far as the room, the beds were comfortable...it had a microwave and fridge which was nice. Although we had a non-smoking room there was a burn hole in the bedspread and the room smelled like old smoke. The breakfast was very poor...bread, few small muffins, juice and coffee...nothing to get excited about. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If we had not been involved in wedding activities, we would've checked out and found something else. Probably could expect this from $30 night room but really poor for the cost.

Was a comfortable bed and the room was clean. Close to Perkins for breakfast. The hotel has continental breakfast but no real cream for coffee. I do not like artificial creamer.

Hotel card activation on side doors were not working. Actually, you didn't need to slide cards to get in - the door is unlocked and can be open by anyone. I felt unsafe the whole entire night. The pictures of the Inn were deceiving. Place was dusty. Room had a smokey smell even though we were in a non-smoking room.

Great staff! Great Location! Great Value! Only thing is... Tv's were old console style.
