It is unfortunate that people have to live in hotels for stable shelter instead of secure and proper housing. This place provides housing which is amazing but the cleanliness and upkeep are not there.

The worst hotel room I've ever seen! We left immediately and talked to the front desk about a refund. Still waiting to get our money back! Terrible experience that made me lose trust in the hotels that Orbitz has on their site. Worst experience with Orbitz or a hotel that I've had.

Rough but working on it.

The bed was very comfortable and the Furnishings in the unit were modern and nice including a nice TV refrigerator with a freezer on it and a microwave. The continental breakfast included juice and cereal in a tupperware container with a gallon of milk and a few pieces of bread so that left something to be desired with pictures on the wall of waffles, But no waffles.

While checking in other travelers asked fornextra towels. Front desk told them the laundry people are gone for the day. What you have in your room is all we got. Staff couldnt find my reservation and almost charged me for the room when i already paid through expedia. Room was missing the smoke detector. Water stop drain for the tub was broken. Toilet seat had the wrong toilet seat cover. Toilet was ovan and the toilet seat was round. While sleeping at 4am there was a women screaming someone help he's trying to kill me. Went downstairs for breakfast. There was three slices of white bread and an out of order orange juice machine. No one at front desk while trying to check out so I left my key card on the front desk. Went outside and there was a police presence. Domestic abuse incident happened with some travelers and police was reviewing the CCtv cameras. Signs all over parking lot read not responsible for lost or stolen items. Dont go cheap while youre in Milwaukee. You get your moneys worth. Will never stay there again.

Room was dirty, sheets wrinkly and stained, one small bath towel provided only, freezer was so over frozen it wouldn’t open, paint peeling, lobby smelled like weed, room smelled like cigarettes. Required to leave a $100 room deposit unexpectedly on check in. If it hadn’t been middle of the night in the middle of a severe thunderstorm (flash flooding) we would have walked right back out. Awful.

The blanket had holes in it and the spare had blood on it, used q-tip behind the tv stand, always smelled like smoke in the halls, the breakfast area had no breakfast at breakfast time.

Darren, who worked the front desk, was friendly and polite, though I had to wait 10 minutes for service. The room was not well-kept and there were no towels, only one wash cloth provided. Continental breakfast was limited to bread for toast, cereal, and beverages.

Disgusting

The hotel was disgusting. I walked up to my room looked around and went directly back to the front desk to returm the key. I slept in my car over the night. My husband was in the hospital so i had nowhere else to go. I didnt recieve a refund, apology or an offer ti clean or switch my room.
