The worst hotel room I've ever seen! We left immediately and talked to the front desk about a refund. Still waiting to get our money back! Terrible experience that made me lose trust in the hotels that Orbitz has on their site. Worst experience with Orbitz or a hotel that I've had.

The room smelled so badly that we couldn’t stay there. I immediately cancelled the rest of our stay. Plus there were no towels in the room and were not expected for 12 hours. Other guests were as king the police as the management was not attempting to remedy the complaints. Stay away from this one. 👎👎

Horrible is an understatement.. I partially blame myself for being cheap and not booking a different hotel.. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay at this “hotel”.. I waited almost 45 minutes in line to check in until the rude guy at the front desk finally called the manager down to help with the customers.. The guest before me checked in and came back down to get a different room because the room that she was given was occupied.. We were only given one wash cloth and one drying towel and was told if we wanted more we needed to exchange our old towels for new towels.. It was a mess.. It seemed more like an extended stay for people and their noisy children because that’s all you heard day and night, children in the hallways yelling and running.. I booked the room from Friday to Sunday and I tried to stay out of the room as much as possible and didn’t even stay my last night.. The bathroom in the room was so nasty including the shower curtains, toilet, and tub.. There was dirty towels in my room.. It was so horrible!!! They need to tear the whole building down and just start from scratch.. I really wish I had something good to say, but there’s absolutely nothing good about that place..

Stayed here 2+ years ago, different name/owners. Same issues. Terrible place. Not worth $170.00 for sure. Checking in and no toilet paper or towels in room. No room phones? TV remote inoperative. Bath fan not working. Bath curtain falling down almost hit me in head trying to take shower. Never again.

My ac went out in my room and it was hot didn't offer a fan (said they didn't have any but saw a fan drying the floors the next day). or a room change instead told me when it cools outside then the room would be cool like wth.... i literally had to open my door so the air in the hallway could cool my room a lil bit smh oh and the toilet was not clean rings all around it ugh
