The house was in a rough neighborhood. The parking situation is odd you either have to get a pass from the city to park on the road or try to navigate a small parking area in the back. Would be fine for a smaller vehicle but our van was a tight fit. The house was a nice but the beds were a bit hard and it only has AC in the living room so the rest of the house was kind of warm. The layout was nice, but it was missing key kind of home items like it didn’t have a coffee pot. It didn’t have big enough pan for me to even cook breakfast in the morning for my family. It was missing a toaster. The outlets were kind of loose when trying to plug things in.The house was more like 20 minutes, maybe 25 minutes away from downtown trying to navigate through this neighborhood was hard and when we came back at night, it seemed like a rougher neighborhood than I would prefer to have been in. Over all it was ok for the price but especially if you plan on just having it be a place to go to at night but not great to just hang around in. We did enjoy the games and the tv in each room but otherwise it wasn’t overly amazing or anything.
