Rich in design elements and modern art, it is located in the center of Milan, in a quiet street just a short walk from Sant’Ambrogio, Sant’Agostino, the Navigli canals, Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper, the Science Museum, and the Duomo.

The apartment is arranged over two levels:

First level:

1 full bathroom with shower
1 bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
1 bedroom with two single beds and walk-in closet

Second level (accessible via internal staircase):

Study area
1 full bathroom with bathtub and shower
1 master bedroom with walk-in closet

FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by Airbnb system

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by Airbnb system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.

Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ WELCOME KIT - INITIAL SUPPLY - some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

THE AREA
This wonderful apartment for short term rent in Milan, is located in a very quiet street of the center.
You’re just a 15-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, right in the heart of Milan’s historic center.
You are just a few steps from the most famous streets of the city, including Corso Vercelli (famous for shopping).
The Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci is located a few steps from the house and, in less than 10 minutes, you can reach the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie where you can admire the fresco by Leonardo da Vinci, the Cenacolo.

SERVICES
Within walking distance of the apartment, you will find numerous services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and much more.
Twice a week there is the famous market Papiniano, with fresh products.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - the neighbourhood is served by the underground stations of:
SANT'AGOSTINO green line MM2 at 250mt
SANT'AMBROGIO green line MM2 and blue line MM4 at 350mt
There are also numerous stops for surface transport such as buses and trams that will allow you to reach every place in the city with preferential lanes.
