Metromover station is just 8 minutes away (public transportation).

At least one guest must be 21 years old. Once your reservation is accepted, please provide us with the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register you and facilitate the check-in process.

Please note that the parking will only fit regular size cars. Oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is bigger than a standard size car, please contact us before making the reservation.
IMPORTANT

It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well. Reservations must be made by a person 21 years of age or older. The person whose name the reservation is under MUST be always present during the reservation.

• All Short-term rental guests must have a completed application and background screening on file with Association and/or Shared Facilities Operator.

• Guests must sign a letter at check-in if they did not rent directly from the Association Management Company.
• The letter states that the rental was directly from the owner and not through the Association or the Shared Facilities Operator.
• The Association and the Operator do not provide room service or confirm the unit's condition.
• They do not have the authority to extend stays or refund guest payments.

• All short rental guest must comply with Smart Brickell Rules and Regulations.

**If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.**

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.

If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
**If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.**

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Lost Key $100
Carpet Stains (spills): $50
Lost FOB/Access Cards: $100 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
