Great location

Stay was excellent!! We were in a great South Beach location, on Ocean Drive, just south of 5th. The pool was behind the condo and just a few steps from the ocean. Free access to chairs and an umbrella was wonderful. The condo was small; but sufficient. The bathroom was tiny; but everything work fine. Ted was a terrific host. He was remarkably easy to communicate problems and solutions. In addition, Ted provided dinning and outdoor activities close to the condo

Great location.

Great location with access to the beach and just a few blocks from South Point Park and lots of great restaurants. Very small living quarters but has all the necessities and well worth the price. Ted was very responsive to any questions I had and provided lots of valuable information about the area and restaurants. I would stay again if I return to Miami Beach!

So close to beach!!

Tiny apartment, but you are right by the beach. Bed and futon were comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny, wish there were hooks to hang towels, but an easy fix. Having the free umbrella and beach chairs was wonderful, the main reason we chose this apartment.

A Nice Location!

Fabulous Vacation

The property is located in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need. The access to the beach cannot be beat. The room was clean and updated. It is a small space for a family of 3 but it is doable. The bathroom is very small but functional. The overall building is old so some things are to be expected. The washer/dryers are hit and miss on different floors as far as being in working order. The pool leaves a lot to be desired. The water was never clear and didn't look very clean. I have a pool so I know what a clear pool looks like. But hey, who wants the pool when the beach is right there! The owner was very responsive and even brought fresh towels to my door when I messaged him. It was nice having a barber shop/mini-mart in the lobby for ice and cold drinks when needed. Overall, we had a blast and I'm already looking to book another vacation for next year!

Loved the space!

We stayed here with a small dog and small kids, and it was a perfect space in a busy part of the Miami Beach. Very close to a park to walk the dog, an actual dog park area, a great playground, right on the beach, pool felt super private, tons of restaurants close by, Starbucks within minutes walk, Miami Beach has a great walkway that is super alive at night. Host was incredibly accommodating, answered all questions very quickly, and the apartment is equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. Patio chairs, small cooler, etc. Pool even had floats to be used for the kids. One thing to note that I didn't think through prior to is to plan for parking, no parking is included in this apartment and it's a very busy area. We would absolutely book this again in the future.

Cozy get away

Fantastic location and wonderful condo!

Thanks Ted for a fantastic week in South Beach! My teenage daughter, my mother and myself all enjoyed our stay. We found the apartment very clean and equipped with all of the items we needed. Ted is a wonderful host, responds quickly and provided so much detailed information on things to do in the area including a free trolley service which loops the South Beach area. There is certainly no shortage of fantastic shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach and pool were steps from the apartment. The location truly is incredible and easy! Will stay again and recommend to others.
