The property location is great, the pool deck as well… Front Desk seemed overwhelmed but there weren’t many guests being served at the time of our check in; woman assisting us wasn’t a great listener, I had to repeat myself 2-3 times; we weren’t offered the complimentary Prosecco and no water bottles either, there was a community water jug in the lobby. Rooms were spacious, very contemporary with some Miami flare…all good. But the room finishes were tired and maintenance touch ups sloppy. Overall the team was short staffed, especially in the restaurant. I would return, but only for the view and convenience of the location. I hope their team can improve!!!

We had to change rooms and it was an horrible experience. They made no effort to help, and gave us a much lower floor than promised, (4th vs 16th). To compensate, they said they would give a $100 credit, then never did. Now going back for a 3rd time to get this credit. 2 of the 4 front desk team we worked with over our 2 night stay was very condescending.
