It was okay only one night there. Our room moving was a pain needed to move no hot water from shower.

I had a great time at Sole on the Ocean! I stayed in an Oceanfront King suite on the 22th floor (got a great rate through Orbitz - saved $145 vs other sites!). The view was amazing! The bedroom had floor to ceiling windows which gave awesome views of the the beach and ocean right from your bed. The bedroom also has balcony access so that you can walk around to living room from the wrap around balcony. Even more amazing views. The couch in the living room was very large comfortable, as was the bed in the bedroom! Everything was very clean! There is one full bathroom and a half bath. There are no ice makers but room service is very fast to provide ice once requested. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed on the second to highest floor but never had a long wait for the elevators. Valet was very quick as well. We never had to wait more than 5 mins after calling to have our car ready. The beach and beach staff was also great! The overall atmosphere there was very relaxing. Not a crazy party scene but still fun. There is also a really nice beachfront bar at the pier a short walk on the beach from Sole which was a little pricey but really cool. All in all, everyone seemed very mellow. I will definitely return and would recommend this place!

Arrived very late to the hotel. First thing upon check-in they did not provide the room that I had paid for. I had requested an oceanfront balcony king suite room and received a partial oceanview room. Complained to the front desk and they told me they did not have any rooms I had paid for at the moment but could help me tomorrow. The woman I spoke with said she would discount my first night. Well, discount never happened even after emailing her post-trip. Next day I went down to the desk to explain I would be switching rooms and they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally an hour later, we had a new room. Everything else from the staff to the food was great. No complaints other than the room mishap.

The staff is very polite and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The rooms are a little outdated, the carpeting is a bit sticky, but housekeeping cleans the sheets and gives towels every day. So, it's still a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only issue I had was that the elevators took forever. There were three elevators but sometimes I waited almost 10 mins just to go downstairs. Also, the walls are a bit thin so I could hear next door speaking loudly and watching tv at 3am.

WE stayed here for a long weekend. The staff was amazing, very attentive and always helpful and welcoming. The room was like an ice box, and don't even get me started on the parking. They only offer valet. The ramp is very narrow and every night there is a truck blocking the drive and you can barely get one car through.

Prices of food and drink items were ridiculous and we had to let the water run almost 15 mins before it got warm enough to shower.

Having stayed at this property before, my husband and I were excited to be coming back. This time around was not so great. To be fair, the views and location are still great. It's the service and quality that has gone down. Upon arrival, we were told to simply call down to get our car whenever we needed it and they would have it waiting for us when we came down. Get to the room and when we are ready to head out, the phone does not work. I ended up placing many calls to them from my cell. I ended up having to go down to the front desk to get a tech to come and fix it (after I had already relayed the same thing over phone). Someone did eventually make it to fix the phone. Later, we found out that NONE of the lights in the bedroom worked. On our third day, my husband and I returned from the gym to find out that the power was out (it seemed to be in our part of he hotel only). We called and called with no answer. Eventually, mu husband went down to the front desk. An hour later, I had to go down and inform them that we’d paid a lot of money and had food in the refrigerator and NO ONE had bothered to come up, call or even offer to store our food. I was told that someone was going to get right on it. About 20 minutes later, the power did come back on but I still got no follow-up call or knock at the door and NO apology for the inconvenience caused to my husband and I. Getting calls answered was a big issue. Nevertheless, this was the last time my husband and I spend

Besides our room not being Ready there was no hot water and AC did not work so we took freezing cold showers on Valentine's Day when we came back from dinner at 1:00 a.m. we had to change rooms and The hotel staff made everything that was wrong right. I feel that the price I paid the hotel could have done better initially.

Dirty room, walls very thin, very dark in room and bathroom

Great place to stay . I had a king suite, full kitchen amenities. Pool and beach awesome. Staff very nice . Only complaint was balcony’s did not have chairs. Great relaxing get away for coupled

One bedroom corner suits have wrap around balcony with ocean view. But needs screen on sliding door to keep bugs out ! Has full kitchen. furniture needs updating. Has lock on elevators by using your room key , nice secretary feture . Has restaurant and bar , but bar needs to stay open longer. Staff and valet service was excellent ! Laundry service is available.

We got an upgrade to the king suite and it was absolutely amazing . The view the comfort the facilities . We stayed in other plsces in Miami but from now on this is going to be our hotel. The staff are super friendly, the manager Belinda is very helpful and does everything possible to make your stay great.

The whole time at this hotel was awesome! Close to restaurants that deliver and a restaurant on site --had lots to offer in food choices (their pizza and shrimp filled ravioli was the bomb). The staff helped with our situation in which they gave us a discount on a big suite. The pool was clean and they offered lounge chairs and umbrella for the time at the beach. I would recommend!

Very nice but everything is a trap for extra costs

Watch out for all of the Hidden fees paid way more than just the cost of the hotel charged my debit card more than what should have been charged gigantic scam Hotel sucks

The towel boy name Manuel told me that I couldn't have my special food kosher for Passover and that my holiday was over, and when I clearly had two days left of the holiday! I was never so embarrassed in my whole life.. The hallways of the hotel were so noisy I couldn't sleep past 8 o'clock in the morning .. room service was never delivered on time in the morning either.

Just great place with beach, pool, 1bdr suites and good food !

ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED FOR 3 DAYS AND AFTER THAT WE HAD TO "ASK" FOR HOUSEKEEPING TO CLEAN. AFTER FINDING ERRORS ON OUR BILL AND CLEARING THEM UP, UPON CHECKOUT THE DEDUCTED ERRORS WERE BACK ON OUR BILL. WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING OUTSIDE FOOD ONTO THE PUBLIC BEACH IF WE SAT ON SOLE CHAIRS! $25.00 PER DAY FOR PARKING, AND WE WERE TOLD TO CALL AHEAD WHEN WE WANTED THE CAR, WHICH WE DID, NOT ONCE WAS THE CAR THERE! WE HAD TO RE-REQUEST THE CAR EVERY TIME. MANAGEMENT WAS EITHER ABSENT OR APATHETIC.

great hotel right on the beach
