There was construction on the building which made the pool unavailable until 5:00. We had drilling and hammering outside our window for 2 of the 4 days. We were not told of this when booking. There were a total of 4 wash clothes and 6 towels for a 4 day stay for 4 people. Beds were comfortable. AC in one room was not sufficient. Very disappointed.

Shower curtain was loaded with mold, and we had to have them come and change it to. The towel rack is pulled off the wall. I asked for a blender they thought they had one and then told me they could not find one. I’ll get one for me. Because of the tall buildings in the area, there was no afternoon sun by the pool.

Disappointing

This property unfortunately had a lot of negatives. We had a week long stay. The halls in the building are carpeted and had noisy industrial fans running 24/7 because they were damp. This room has a electronic keypad to get in. It is extremely faulty sensor and every time you’d enter in the first few digits, the screen would turn off. Would take forever just to get in and forget about trying to lock it.. Checked in, immediately did a tour and there were crumbs on the couch. One window in the bedrooms had a large crack in the glass! The sheets on the bed were clean but the blankets left in the closets were unwashed, shower curtains were filthy and very stained, the fan for the bathroom did not work. Outdated and narrow bathrooms. A hard place to feel comfortable. You also need to take out all your trash at the end of your stay and wash all the sheets. Probably why dirty sheets were left in the closet.. All this on top of paying for a cleaning fee. Pros: good view and balcony, large tv in each room, and living room/dining room was spacious.

2 Months in Florida

The unit in the SIAN Building was not what we expected. We did not know the building was 26 floors and we would have to valet park with a fee. We thought one bed room would have a king bed. We did not know the washer/dryer was down the hall with a fee. Just to name a few surprises.

A+ Experience

A huge Thankyou to Laure for allowing us to stay in her beautiful 2BR apartment. Everything was as described on the listing; it was even more impressive in person compared to the photos online. Well maintained apartment, all staff were super friendly including Bruce the head of valet services. Perfect place to be away from the craziness in south beach.

The property was just as described. Very spacious, clean and the 2 queen size beds in each bedroom along with private bathrooms made it very comfortable for the four of us. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with a partial ocean view and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

Relaxing vacation

The property is very nice and always clean. The valet and front desk people were always helpful. And the rental management company knocked it out of the park with excellent service. The condo has been totally updated and it was very nice and comfortable. The pools and weight room were always clean and everything was in working order. We loved the condo and the Sian. I would recommend this location for anyone. I would also say this rental management team has other locations so if you don’t want this property I would recommend checking out their other locations. They were honestly the best run group I have dealt with for renting!!

Miami Open

Great location. It was about a 25 minute drive to Hard Rock Stadium where we attended the Miami Open. Because of the location, we could also visit beautiful beaches and enjoy great food seaside or canal side! It was about a 45 minute drive into Miami. The valet service was outstanding! The condo was extremely roomy, and the balcony has a bit of a beach view. We would stay there again for sure. The host was responsive, particularly during our stay.
