Outdoor paradise!

Sarah was an amazing host! Friendly and helpful! A cozy little place to stay. Place was clean. Comfy bed! The yard is PARADISE! Serene with so much wildlife! We could have stayed in the yard for days! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a very clean ,quiet property . The owners are right next door, so if you have any questions they make it easy. The iguana in the area are harmless & interesting to watch.My husband enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood, it was very safe area.

Fun stay near the fun!

This accommodation is fun, ecclectic and whimsical. We enjoyed the backyard with seating to enjoy a canal view, trees and local birds. Hallandale and Hollywood beaches are about 15 minutes away (driving). Familiar and unique restaurants are nearby. Parking is very convenient.Our host was very responsive and helpful.wasveerevery responsive and helpful.

Artsy and cozy efficiency perfect for 2

We needed a place close to my sister in Hallendale Beach for a one year memorial for my mom. Sarah’s unit was so perfect! Very clean, warm and welcoming after a very long day. She even provided coffee for us! Love that we could have a few things in the fridge for breakfasts, but even could have cooked a whole meal in her oven had we wanted. Sarah is very accessible and made sure we had parking and what we needed. So much better than a hotel.

Beautiful and relaxing

Best Hostesses Ever

Awsome establishment. The host went out of her way to be accommodateing. She bought me a piece of cake and chocolate for my birthday. The pool was refreshing and the view was magnificent!! I cant say thanks enough!!

Perfect location for South Florida

Sarah's house is exactly how you see in the pictures. It is quaint, cute, adorable...all of the above. Out back in the pool was relaxing. She gave great ideas of places to eat. I will definitely be back.

Best experience ever!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights. It was the best experience we have ever had. The backyard overlooking the water was our favorite spot. We loved watching all of the wildlife and just unwinding in the peacefulness of nature. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Perfect stay

This property was so charming and had so much character. Check in was seamless property was clean and welcoming. The host was fantastic and made my stay perfect. The outside area was pure heaven. A fun little space

My spouse and I enjoyed staying at this relaxing, eclectic cottage rather than fight the post-pandemic crowds at the larger hotels. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is part of the owners home and she graciously came out to say hello after our one night stay. The space is very small, so it's really a two person maximum. Tall/large people may find this a bit too small. Stores, restaurants and the beach are all a short drive away, but not really walkable. The backyard is quite quaint especially in the evening with all the lighting. There is also an above ground pool that was very clean. Overall, we would return to the location when in the Ft. Lauderdale area and wanted a quiet stay.

Quaint & lovely

My husband and I had a quick trip to the area planned for a birthday party, so needed someplace for only 2 nights. This place suited our needs perfectly! We spent our mornings in the backyard next to the waterway, watching the iguanas, turtles, and ducks. It was peaceful and serene. The house, though quite small, was all we needed. Hot shower, comfortable bed & lovely outdoor space were all quite nice. The bottle of wine, sparkling water, & candy were a nice touch!

Great, cozy place to stay!

We really enjoyed the space. It had everything we needed. It was quaint and cozy and quiet. I felt comfortable like I was sleeping in my own bed close to the beach, and was nice to watch our shows on HBO max to wind down at night. Great hosts, hope to come back and stay again!

Short but Sweet Stay

When we realized we would have a five hour layover in Ft. Lauderdale from Cancún on our way home to Nashville, we decided to stay over for a few days. Luckily, Kasa Karma was available. The pictures on line were exactly what we found when we arrived. It was a bit smaller than what we are use to. The garden and yard were amazing and sitting by the intercostal waterway was beautiful. Sarah and Ben could not have been better hosts. They were friendly and helpful. Booked an early flight home due to beaches, restaurants, and malls being closed due to Covid-19 outbreak.
