The shuttle service from airport was horrible. waited a hour for pick up. The Hotel was outdated and needed repairs

The rooms are smaller than usual. There were no utensils or ice bucket. No one ever answered the phone at the front desk. Nice property but lacking in staff.

A process of remodeling is being done, however, some more quality control should be done more attention to details(finishing).

We just stayed at this property at the end of Jan. 2022. We were majorly disappointed in how our experience differed so much than from our stay there 2 years ago. This is what we experienced last week, therefore NOT recommending anyone to book a room there now. - The pool was ice cold. Which was a big bummer, considering we booked a room here to help our kids burn off some energy. We ended up finding a different nearby pool to use instead. - The hot tub has been CEMENTED over and does not exist. So we couldn't even enjoy that outside of the icy pool. - The in-room heater/air conditioner made a loud rumbling noise all night, so we had horrible sleep the night before an early morning flight back home. It had our 10-year old in tears from lack of being able to sleep. - The room feature a pull-out couch, but there were no pillow, sheets, or blankets provided. We called down to the front desk after dinner, and finally got these items an hour later (our kids slept there, so it again, stuck them at an even later bed time for a very-early-morning flight) - Many of the outlets did not work in the room. - The water for showers was COLD any time any of us tried to shower. We called the desk a couple times and were told to wait several minutes to "let it warm up." We did that for 15 min, and the water never got warmer than room temp. Needless to say, our showers lasted 2 minutes because they were cold. The front desk personnel didn't seem to believe us. We want our $$ back!

This property doesn't even deserve one star. They don't clean the rooms, they lied and stated my room was not on the list to clean when she was the one who wrote it down the prior day. They can not explain the multiple charges on my card. The rooms are dated and dirty. Never again with this hotel. We ran out of toilet paper.

This was my worse experience on a vacation and it was my 40th birthday. At check in, the staff was so overwhelming with just 1 person talking to her (person checking in infront of me) I had to walk through a panic attack with breathing exercises (im a licensed therapist). In the room, there were no linen for the sofa bed, The closest was broken (couldnt open or closes eith one), trash outside property, ants in the room, broken ice machine in the room, and no pots for cooking but just a pot top (which was the whole point of staying there). Breakfast options were horrible (other Hilton brands have better Covid-19 options), and the staff repeated said "I don't know, i just at the desk" How can this be possible...the front desk is the central location for questions like where can i get ice. Called 24 hrs before as instructed for clean each day...housekeeping never came over the 5day/4nights there. Finally, on thr last nigbht, after multiple no from hotel saying couldn't fix any of these issues i call corporate. The hotel gave a discount on final night and housekeeping cleaned the room. This did nothing for me. I would never stay in this hotel again and i will discourage anyone to do the same.

I loved being able to have a 2 bedroom suite for a reasonable price but the hotel is a bit run down.
