This property doesn't even deserve one star. They don't clean the rooms, they lied and stated my room was not on the list to clean when she was the one who wrote it down the prior day. They can not explain the multiple charges on my card. The rooms are dated and dirty. Never again with this hotel. We ran out of toilet paper.

This was my worse experience on a vacation and it was my 40th birthday. At check in, the staff was so overwhelming with just 1 person talking to her (person checking in infront of me) I had to walk through a panic attack with breathing exercises (im a licensed therapist). In the room, there were no linen for the sofa bed, The closest was broken (couldnt open or closes eith one), trash outside property, ants in the room, broken ice machine in the room, and no pots for cooking but just a pot top (which was the whole point of staying there). Breakfast options were horrible (other Hilton brands have better Covid-19 options), and the staff repeated said "I don't know, i just at the desk" How can this be possible...the front desk is the central location for questions like where can i get ice. Called 24 hrs before as instructed for clean each day...housekeeping never came over the 5day/4nights there. Finally, on thr last nigbht, after multiple no from hotel saying couldn't fix any of these issues i call corporate. The hotel gave a discount on final night and housekeeping cleaned the room. This did nothing for me. I would never stay in this hotel again and i will discourage anyone to do the same.

We looked up in Orbitz and this hotel was the only one that had a suite that we could all fit in... Ohh my!! I was so glad the other hotel was full, Homewood Suites was so much better, starting with the from desk lady, the room cleanliness, the space... We only stayed one night but if we are going again to Miami this hotel will be our first option

Nice but just a little rundown

I don't know how this is supported by Hilton. The hotel is disgusting. The carpets are sticky, the halls smell awful. The staff is non existent. They're an airport hotel and don't even have luggage carts.

Hotel overbooked due to flight cancelations at the airport. They did not honor Orbitz reservation that was confirmed and paid. Said they were fully booked. Long lines in lobby. Clearly a problem with the booking system, but wasted everyone's time and a taxi ride.

I liked the bedroom. The cleanliness appeared good until we opened the hide a bed, there were several junky things under the bed and no linens so I had to go down to the lobby to get them as housekeeping was closed at 8:50. All in all I would stay there again.

The lady at front desk was very sweet and tried the help me the best she could. I paid for a king suite once we arrived we found out that they were overbooked and there was no rooms available. The lady apologized and after a while she said the best she could do for us was a queen suite (very disappointing). We went up and the stove was broken, the lights in the room wouldn’t work, stains on the couch I didn’t even have the courage to touch the bed. Not to mention that this place was filled with loud and disrespectful people all over (just not a good crowd at all, especially if you have kids) trash overfilled in the hallways. Me and my why couldn’t stay there for more than an hour we had to just come down checkout and just leave. Absolutely terrible!!!!

Sleeping room not organized until late afternoon. Conference room was not set up and the delivery of coffee and breaks were disorganized.

Nice location. But the carpet was dirty. There were cockroaches even though we were on the 5th floor. There were tiny little bugs in the night table right next to the bed. It was late at night when I discovered the bug situation. Rest of my family was sleeping so I couldn’t move us out at night. We left in the morning.

Room was very spacious but stunk so bad and was not clean

Hotel is in a good location.. one lift was not working

The airport shuttle was prompt for both pick up and early morning drop off

We only stayed one night but if we are going again to Miami this hotel will be our first option

I liked the bedroom. The cleanliness appeared good until we opened the hide a bed, there were several junky things under the bed and no linens so I had to go down to the lobby to get them as housekeeping was closed at 8:50. All in all I would stay there again.
