I would normally stay at this hotel as there use to be a shuttle to go to the malls. Now the shuttle is only going to dolphin at a cost. I was advised to take Uber which would of been cheaper. I took Uber and i spent $18 US. Please put back the shuttle to the mall and walmart

it was a little bit hard to find, but once we did, the location was right where we wanted it to be- near the Versailles Cuban Restaurant, and the Coral Gables Venetian Pool. Room clean and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet had all you could want. If you got a room on the N side, you could watch Miami airport planes come and go. The S side gave us a panoramic view of Little Havana, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, etc.

Excellent hotel for a quick stay before flying out. Free hot breakfast, free airport shuttle. Not a fancy Miami Beach resort but perfect for an airport hotel.

Checked in, asked for a coke and bottle of water- given two Waters. Got to room and tv wouldn’t work, maintenance came and got It to work. Later used bathroom and toilet was new “green” type, nice But did not flush. Elevator new type needed keycard to activate and took many tries to get to work. Several of us in the elevator trying to get to our floors. Morning, asked front desk guy a question and he said he would have to ask another person. Left desk came back and acted like he never saw me. Later a woman came out that could schedule my shuttle. At airport Waited for an hour for shuttle.

Had to do a overnighter. Good price and quality. Some very good restaurants in walking distance

Shuttle from the airport excellently and convenient. Location terrific for precruise necessities; near groceries, shoppng, restaurants, pharmacies. Free breakfast, shuttle to cruise port for nominal fee. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn-Blue Lagoon. We were able to check in early and use the pool and hot tub. We walked across the street to a great, authentic Mexican restaurant for lunch. Also shopped at Burlington and Publix. We used the business center and fitness room. Snacks and beverages were provided in the afternoon as well as a great breakfast. Airport and cruise shuttle was fast and efficient.

The air conditioning in the rooms is so noisy that You can not sleep, the booking system so bad that it took them 20 minutes to make my invoice !!

Terrible Hotel, Old, NOISY AC's, Can't Rest, or sleep. They gave me the only tiny closet room on the 2nd floor, next to Storage room. I requested a change, then gave me a room on the 11th floor, next to OLD, NOISY, AC's on the Hall way, finally at 3:00 in the morning I called front desk, and they moved me again to the yth floor. I will STOP Staying at the Hampton Inn Hotels forever. No more of my business.

Excellent location and easy access to places to eat as well as supermarkets, drugstores and shopping.

Hotel was across the street from a grocery and drug stores. They had complimentary wine and snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning.

The customer service that we have experienced at each location is absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way even for little things. Impressive in a culture which is quickly losing this. Great location minutes from Miami Airport. Wonderful breakfast, rooms clean and comfortable. Having the spacious one bedroom and kitchenette option was perfect for us on this particular trip.

The whole vacation was great. I even wanted to stay an extra day. Lol. Hotel was awesome. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again if I go to Miami.

it was a little bit hard to find, but once we did, the location was right where we wanted it to be- near the Versailles Cuban Restaurant, and the Coral Gables Venetian Pool.
