I enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of items. The attendant was very friendly. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was good but could have been better with more communication. Not saying that they pick up at the airport on the top of the hour but they leave the hotel on the top of the hour. I had to wait 45 minutes.

The guest service was out sanding. The hotel staff did above and beyond the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn’t see the beach at all. Didn’t try to Go to water. Place was very clean. Bed super comfy and clean. Breakfast good. Super helpful front desk. Before I arrived I did try to call the property a few times but got no answer. That made me nervous. But once there it was great. When I called for the shuttle from the airport, I was told there would be a 1pm shuttle. That’s when the shuttle leaves the hotel not when you should expect. That was a little off putting. A better explanation would have helped me think they weren’t coming.

It was very clean and felt fancy without the fancy price. Breakfast was good and complimentary. The pool was a nice outdoor area but the jets were not very strong. We had a great stay and the staff was so friendly! Although we did have a false alarm at 3am one night and the building had to evacuate, no compensation or anything was given to the guests that had to stay outside for twenty minutes. Overall a good stay and would return.

Edis at front desk gave me a warm welcome. I did not get their names but the shuttle drivers were awesome, knowledgeable and personable. September 28 airport pickup after 5pm or 6pm September 29 hotel pickup at 10am The room was nice. Bed crisp, clean and high. Love the layout design. The bathroom looked good with fresh towels and sleek design. The hotel is conveniently across from pharmacies and stores which I absolutley loved- just walking distance. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming again. Thanks Khay

The Internet was ok..it wasn't the best Saturday night, probably because several others were using it that night..but Sunday the Internet worked very well throughout the day. I stayed in the suite, and it was wonderful. I made spaghetti, being that they provided me with a strainer, two pots and one pan, plates, bowls, drinking glasses & wine glasses, along with silverware & utensils. This was my first time booking a suite there. I booked a suite when I stayed here for the first time this past June. The breakfast was great..I even had seconds. I'm planning my next stay in Miami there next month November.
