This was only one night stay. A location was chosen because of a short distance to the airport. We came late and paid the price for our late checking. The room was booked and paid for three adults. Only two beds available. The room was a mess. A dirty bed with clusters of hair and ash from cigarettes on the bed sheet. The bed sheet was stained from blood. The carpet was very smelly and the whole room smelled like a bar. Overnight, we got bitten by fleas living the carpet and bed mattress. Nobody at the check in desk who could possible help us to switch the room. Very disappointing. I am giving 0 score on this room.

Centrally located to places I was interested in.The interior of the room was not too clean, past persons hair and wrappings in the bathroom and under the bed.landscape and parking area well kept and spacious.

Elevator dirty. Breakfast not presentable: bread and bagels covered with hand towels, no covered container. Cereal dispenser not working!!

Excellent location for business if you travel, is pretty close to the airport and nice hotel overall.

Older hotel. The room was clean just had the old hotel smell. The bed not that comfortable and old style flannel cover with hard polyester nylon comforter.

The hotel is located in a ghetto. I picked this hotel for one night stay based on the proximity to the airport. I went to 4 different gas stations to try to top off my gas so I could drop off my rental car with a full tank, but none would accept my credit card trough the outside machine (could not pre-pay since I did not know how much would top it off). Finally had to give them my credit card and ID inside so I could top off with one gallon and give them 2 bucks for the gas (it literally took me 45 minutes to get gas for the car.

I felt safe, I told was near a Main Street so restaurants and a mall was close by. Rooms were clean basically a really nice cheap hotel

Nicer than motel that I stayed in Cancun and front desk people were awesome!

Nice staff and close to airport. Few restaurants and bars near. Pool ok, room nice and clean. nice kitchenette if you need one. you wont hear the planes from the airport but will hear people slamming doors early morning, try to get second floor rooms better than 1st floor to avoid the walking, running or jumping noise from other rooms, walls thin. plenty of free parking.

Very cose to everything a business man needs in town

You do not get daily room service and breakfast is minimal. Besides that, good value for money.

I stayed here on an overnight layover. The shuttle did not pick me up at the airport. I phoned the hotel and was told I would get a call back about the shuttle shortly and did not until 45 min later. After I got a cab to the hotel I was informed that my reservation had moved to the coral gables location. I received no notification of any kind about this change. I was forced to take a $30 cab ride to the other location. I was relying on a shuttle to take me to the airport for my flight the next morning. The location I had originally booked has an airport shuttle. I was moved to the location without a shuttle. The desk attendant said she could get me a shuttle an hour before my flight took off or not at all. So I took my third cab ride. It took me 2 hours to get to my room from the airport. I had to spend $70 on cab rides. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will NEVER stay here again and I would STRONGLY recommend that no one stays here.

Clean and spacious room with two sofa and a kitchen.

The room itself was okay. Full kitchen and nice, clean bathroom. Bed was a bit hard. They do not offer cribs! I had to write an email to corporate because I had already made the reservation when I was told they wouldn't accomodate me needing 2 cribs for my 1 year old twins. The manager did end up getting me 2 cribs for our stay though, so that was truly appreciated. Apparently having a party ALL night long while guests are trying to sleep is acceptable here. All 4 of us in the room got zero sleep!! The party didnt start to quiet down until after 3am and we had a 6:30am flight. Very disrespectful!! I will not stay here again unfortunately.

Everyone was nice and helpful we were able to check in as soon as we arrived room was quiet we only stayed one night so didn't really do much in the area nice park behind the hotel for a walk to unwind and a sports bar with great food a few blocks away. Only problem when we checked in we were told breakfast would be till 9:30 (Saturday) and it closed at 9am We were not the only ones disappointed others also arrived and told breakfast was over.

Nice suite with kitchen. Close to airport and highways but 4 miles away from downtown. Clean and relatively modern. Gym was a joke; no weights only an eliptical and a treadmill. Pool was ok. Breakfast was basic but good; no hot items. Service was friendly and attentive; got 2 calls from front desk which was nice.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, each having a mini kitchen area and sitting area. The beds were quite comfortable as well. Cons: The hotel is/was under remodeling during my stay, so was not the most visually appealing. More importantly, the deadbolt in one of our rooms did not work, which to me seemed like a dealbreaker. However, they did switch us to an open room for no extra charge; I'm not sure what would have happened if there hadn't been a vacancy.

My wife and teen kids of 2 stayed for 6 days. There was scaffolding around the entire building so one assumed that management was repainting. Well we never saw any workers over the period of our stay. Mind you this was over Christmas. The room ws a bit small. The kitchen cupboards and the bathroom cupboards were old and needs changing. The room AC worked well and made little noise so this was good. The room had a slight smell though. A big dissapointment was the lack of a proper exercise room. The room that existed was really small and out of the three pieces of equipment only one worked. I spoke to the front desk and no definite answers could be provided as the timing of repairs. Would I stay there again? Probably not unless they spruced up the place and dropped the price.

This was my second time at this hotel. The staff has always been excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location works well for my needs, the kitchen is handy, and there is a safe residential area behind the hotel that is great for morning walks. Unfortunately, the hotel is showing signs of wear and age and the room felt a little grungy. It's pet friendly and one can tell. The biggest problem was that I had reserved a non-smoking room, but was placed in a smoking room instead. I did not give the hotel an opportunity to correct this as I was exhausted after an 18 hour drive, but this is the sort of mistake that the hotel can easily avoid.

I was in a room of two beds for smokers and I turn out to be very comfortable. The kitchen should to be a bit better equipped, but my stay was very pleasing.
