It seems their "good" rooms are in the West tower, I was in the East tower. First room smelled horribly of must/mold, could not bear it after only 10 minutes. Requested a room change (went smoothly) which was slightly better but still quite musty. The bathroom was actually pretty nice, and bed/pillows confortable. However at 8AM housekeeping starts rapping at your door, and continues to do so every 15 minutes or so. Checkout is at NOON. This is completely unacceptable! Overall the facility has character and huge potential, but is badly in need of some maintenance and updating.

Shuttle to the aiport was great. Not many places of interest within walking distance.

Maid service knock on everybody’s door at 8 AM asking if they were ready to check out. Incredibly inappropriate. You could hear her up and down the halls. You could hear people on either side of your room in the middle of the night.

The property was ok and the rooms can use a little remodeling and upkeep. My stay was absolutely terrible. People were loud up until 4 or 5 in the am, banging the walls, screaming, kids running for hours in the halls, or being obnoxious. Someone hit me in the leg with a skateboard at the elevator bank and no one cared what was happening. Not a place I'll be coming back to, ever.

Shuttle to and from the airport is every hour. Noone really needs a car to go around as almost all modes of transportation are connecting to the airport and is way faster than driving. The shuttle drivers are helpful. $2.00 tip to and from is still way cheaper than uber. There is a hidden chinese food place literally besides the hotel and a convenience store by the gas station next to it. Downside not accessible to any place except those mentioned. Very industrial. The hotel crowd vibe is a bit off. Food in the morning... sucks.... just toasts or.anything carb... no eggs or anything... just coffee and juice. Front counter is mostly staffed with just one person... the line is always long. Customer service not so good. Oh and the AC is hard to control... seens like it's just set on freezer mode. Overall, not bad as you will be out anyways exploring.

The first room we were put in smelled of complete mold. Our room was changed to a better room but the refrigerator didn’t get cold, there’s no heating system in the whole hotel -so they brought up a heater and the bathtub looked dirty. Other than that the shuttle to the airport was convenient

I made a reservation to this hotel through Orbitz for an overnight stay, before catching my next flight the next day from MIA. After waiting more than one hour for the hotel shuttle, which by the way leaves every hour from the hotel, I arrived at the hotel to find out that my reservation was automatically canceled by the hotel because I arrived after 6pm.
