very nice room. and staff were helpful moving up from a room nest to the elevator to one with less noise.

Room smell like dirty water and mold didn’t get my room clean until 10 PM I have to ask several time if someone could clean my room before someone actually came up to clean it Saturday they clean my room but there was no towels I have to make several trips to the lobby to see if I could get some washcloth to take a shower toilet clogged up wouldn’t flush Friday Saturday night and Sunday night ...horrible place to stay ..just a nightmare I was so frustrated

No phone connection in room..has been taped to wall outlet but still no dial tone. The "restaurant" has a lot to be desired.

multi-phone calls and and 1 1/2 hours waiting at the airport for the shuttle. yelled and waved for him to stop and he drove by.

Hallway smelled like sewer, room had musty smell. Run down. Staff was pleasant though.

The staff was very nice but not professional. There is no good eating within walking distance (only McDonald's, IHOP, and a shady Chinese restaurant), and walking in the area doesn't feel safe at night. The towels looked unwashed. Paint was peeling and discolored in the bathroom and hotel common areas. The bathroom looked cheap and old. Elevator call buttons do not work. Several hallway doors were padlocked, which is creepy. The "restaurant" downstairs is a microwave operation. But, the actual sleeping area -- beds, linens, carpeting, etc. -- appeared clean. I assume the primary reason someone would stay here is proximity to the airport and price. Not recommended for comfort and atmosphere.

This was an over night stay for a connecting flight. My experience met my expectations. I travel extensively, and did not have any complaints about my stay.

The Hotel staff, terrible no treat the customers with respect, even don't say good morning, or welcome, just look at you and wait for you to ask for help from them, very impolite, no information provide, if you don't ask for the Wi Fi they don't give to you, phone at the room no working, so any question you have to go in person to the front desk, clearly the hotel don't have ideal staff for their business, elevators dirty, in the 2 days we stay no body take care of them.

We stayed there two weeks before. Had problems getting up and down to our room because one elevator was not working. Two weeks later, the elevator still is not working. There are lines waiting for the one working elevator. We got on the elevator at 4th floor and was full. It stopped at every floor going up to 7th floor and at every floor coming down to the 1st floor lobby. No one else could get in because the elevator was full. The time before, I tried going down the stairs until I got to first floor where there was a sign saying an alarm would go off when I went out. I went out anyway only to find myself on the front street, opposite side of the hotel from the main entrance and hand to walk all around the building to enter again. Lucky it was not raining. The shower had not been cleaned and there were some kind of strange garment hanging from the shower curtain bar which had not been removed. I think we will find a different hotel next time.

Place to stay, nothing special. worn but clean. 24 hour shuttle service was prompt and worked well.

This could be a really nice hotel but is kind of old and has not been renovated or upgraded to present day standards. Breakfast is pretty good. They have Airport Pickup every half hour.

The light in the bath room is not working, the toilet leak all night event after call maintance person to fix it.

The hotel have two elevator but one is in upgrade.

Convenient yes but multiple sightings of roaches, one working elevator for three weeks, unhelpful staff and overall rundown look.

Hotel was decent. The lady with the dreadlocks at check-in didn't have a welcoming attitude! However the guy with the long ponytail has excellent customer service skills!! He's amazing!! She should not work at the front desk though.

Nice place for the price. Would stay with again.

The pictures are deceiving. Room was not very clean. The hotel needs major updating. Bathroom was not he cleanest. The man that checked us in was very friendly and willing to give advice on places to eat and see. Breakfast was pretty good.

We wanted to visit Little Havana and be near the airport for our departing flight. The Clarion Inn's location was perfect for that.

Older hotel (actually 2 separate towers connected by the reception that connects them) that is past it's best days but it still is an acceptable hotel with decent rooms and the staff are friendly and accommodating. shuttle bus runs every 1/2 hour. a few restaurants around the area, a decent chinese one. breakfast is decent with many things, including eggs and bacon. surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport.

Checking was quick and seamless. Room was clean and all amenities well appointed. Free breakfast a good touch.
