Honestly, I didn't have a great experience, I requested a large bed upon arrival which I didn't get and had to wait for, No big deal. I got my room and everything seemed fine, next day I left early left my stuff in the hotel obviously but the housekeeper or SOMEONE STOLE MY MONEY, went through my things and took all my cash! I immediately reported this as soon as I noticed but they did nothing about it. The front desk clerk told me they had to look into it and launch some sort of investigation. He said someone would get in touch with me, which they didn't and obviously the only person affected was me. Find a better hotel to stay one, one where people don't go through your stuff while your gone or at least take some responsibility for it!

The hotel had a problem and there was no hot water. I asked for something in return and they offered a coffee. All rooms have coffee machines!!! On the other hand I dear you to use the discount codes. Every Time it will say that the discount does not apply to your stay. Try contacting thru the Customer service link. After you fill it you can't send it because there is a window for title that doesn't work. I have been loyal to the brand but I am now very disappointed.

Hotel lacks basic maintenance for the rooms and overall hotel. Missing security door lock in room. Missing or falling off trim. Little or no cleaning in the rooms. My suggestion is to stay at the Hyatt House up the street or at the Intercontinental across. Both provide much nicer accommodations at the same or lower costs.

The overall stay was OK, but what is completely unacceptable is that we reported theft and staff did nothing. We went to Mexico City to a wedding party. It was the whole family plus our service girl. We had two contiguous rooms. We arrived on a Thursday, then on Friday both, my wife and the service girl used their perfumes in the morning and by the time we came back to the room later that evening both perfumes were disappeared. We reported it twice! And nobody did anything! Completely unacceptable!

I stayed here with my class when we took a school trip to Mexico City. The kids were very reckless, oh well. However, the hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful when it came to calming them down and asking for help. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the hotel has very nice amenities, and the location is amazing. Both ways, the rooms have great views. The hotel comes with complimentary breakfast of a very wide variety. There is everything ranging from sweet Mexican delicacies such as conchas, to cold cuts and omelettes. Very nice stay. Would recommend.

In 24 hrs 4 of my coworkers got money and jewelry stolen. Their answer? Was it in the safety box? If it wasn't then we won't do anything. The company we work got involved and got it resolved. Pretty sure we are never staying there again.

I was on a business trip and this hotel was perfect in every sense, very good acommodation and excepcional attention from the staff and really good food service. The hotel is locate in a excellent neighborghood with a different type of restaurants for your choice

Historically, I've been a fan of NH hotels. Whilst I’ve stayed at this property twice, it’s probably a sure bet that there won’t be a third stay. There isn’t a single issue that stands out, but rather a collection of nuisances which make staying at this hotel a hassle. The positives: The location is pretty good for Santa Fe, close to restaurants and a couple of other hotels (hint hint for management). Second, rooms are of a decent size, albeit spartan. Third, there is a wonderful Cuban gentleman who works at the restaurant in the mornings and who has an ability to get smiles out of people. Besides these three points, there isn’t much more to say. Now, on to the nuisances. First and foremost, the service at check-in and check out is painfully slow. In 25 years travelling this is the first and only hotel that has “asked” me at check out to write and sign a declaration stating that I had not consumed anything from the minibar. (???) Whilst this little matter might seem trivial, it’s not so amusing when multiple guests are checking out at the same time (and you are in a bit of a rush). To be very specific, try explaining this “requirement” to a couple of Chinese guests whose command of Spanish, let alone English is basic. To add insult to injury, the front desk staff don’t seem to give a hoot about the imposition on clients. Second, walls are paper thin. I now know that I didn’t notice this in my first stay, because there probably wasn’t anybody staying in the rooms next door. This time around, I noticed it. Lastly, it seems to be my karma that in both occasions (presumably different rooms), getting hot water from the shower was a rather time consuming endeavour. This is not particularly amusing in the mornings. Whilst on the whole there isn’t anything horrible, frankly there isn’t a really compelling reason to stay here.

I satyed here because our company hotel options were sold out! This hotel offers and incredible staff service, quite big rooms and bathrooms, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping options within walkable distances.

Well mixed feeling. Building needs some refreshment, but room as well, see picture of the bathroom. Overall people super kind and helpful even though the first night, completely jet lagged, the room service knocked the door at midnight, insisting to open the door while I didn't order anything. The guy left without even an excuse. Not sure the hotel is worth the money.
