Terrible communication between building administration and host
Make sure Kukun provides directions to the residential lobby: you will NOT find it otherwise. We didn't. Both keys broke 2x/wk with no warning. Miserable waste of time. They usually broke at night but could only get fixed during business hours. The apartment was clean but has maintenance problems. 1) A glass shower door was off its hinge, scraping the tile floor. They fixed this quickly. 2) The dryer vent was blocked so heated without drying at all. Someone came and said they fixed it, but they did nothing. I had to ask again & waited the entire day they were supposed to come. When nobody showed up, Kukun said "he would definitely come tomorrow" & promised he was coming at my preferred time. Nope, didn't come at all. On Day 3 of messaging & waiting all day for Kukun, they said nobody was coming because there was not anything wrong: "Dryers in Mexico don't dry clothes, they just spin." By this time I was pissed. When someone finally did come, he actually fixed it. He removed a football-sized ball of lint from the vent & took photo evidence. 3) Later the water heater broke & we couldn't shower the whole weekend. It flashed an error that meant... yep, blocked vent. Kukun never fixed it tho. We eventually hassled the building about it & they fixed it. 4) Less important than 1-3, the bathtub leaked foul-smelling sewer gas into the primary bedrm the whole time. This is the result of... yep you guessed it... another blocked vent. Otherwise, the complex is very convenient.
