- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm. We must be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The use, purchase, or sale of any illicit substances according to Mexico City laws is strictly prohibited on the property.
The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
No events or parties are allowed.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee.
If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required.

When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
