The entire hotel looked run down. It was well past it's prime. Breakfast was far from edible. I will not stay at a Comfort Suites/Inn again.

While staff was friendly, the property was not not worth the $500+ including the $100 deposit. You can see the hallways, the stairwells, and the rooms haven't been vacuumed in a good 6 months or longer. I took pictures! Because of issues with the rooms, we went through 3 rooms. That's how we knew none of the rooms had been cleaned. The first roomed smelled like a combination of urine and being mopped with dirty water. The second room had the same smell but the toilet was broken. Looked like it had been broken for a while. The 3rd room smelled but we sprayed a something for smells. There were as my kid called it, poo stains on the ceiling. Stains on the sheets. Stains on the curtains, stains on the lamps, stains on the carpet. Holes in the curtain. The pull out couches had stains and the first room had what looked to be flakes of some kind on the arms of the couch. We were there for a funeral and my daughter's first time to the area and it wasn't a comfortable stay overall. I have a few pictures if I need to send them in.

Room was absolutely disgusting! Bathtub did not drain water. Pillows had stains, bed sheets and comforter had stains (blood). When I called down to the front I was informed that I needed to call back down in the morning. It was absolutely disgusting! I do not suggest this hotel!

Hot tub was amazing, pool could have been a bit warmer to swim in, Room was clean, beds and pillows were super comfy. breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. the price was great for all the amenities. only issue I had with my room was the TV wasn't working. Had the poor service desk guy up 3 times to try and fix it. Remote didn't power on TV, fixed that, then sound button on remote wouldn't turn up so I had TV but no sound. So now big deal except had to put over blanket so I could sleep. Told manager the next day. The ac worked but didn't stay on long, so for sound noises to sleep I opened the window to fall asleep to the semi trucks from the interstate.

Would never stay again.

The lobby smell awful upon walking in. Two sets of sheets were stained, we didn’t let our kids use the blankets because they were dirty, the floor was gross. I walked in the breakfast area and turned around immediately and told my kids we go somewhere else because of how disgusting it was. The pool area was so dark you couldn’t see anything and the kids didn’t get in because of how cold the water was. Extremely disappointed in every aspect of this stay.

Nice property. No huge complaints other than the bath tub did not drain quickly at all and there was no dresser in the room. Minimal storage space other than a couple shelves. Nice big room that can use a dresser.
