Great Place

Other than a dirty A/C filter and a obnoxious woodpecker outside who loved tapping on the house gutters it was a great place to stay.

Not bad pool but other problems not taken care of by owner

Terrible communication. Had a clogged shower, no wicker furniture as pictured, different patio table with ripped cushions, ants on counter. No communication from owner

Property was exactly as shown. Very nice property with plenty of space for 10 of us. Clean and had necessary supplies available. Nice pool table with plenty of room to play. Communication with owner was very lacking. Didn't get code for door until after check-in time. Ask owner questions and got no response. Lock on sliding glass door was broken. Notified owner about it on check-out. Really liked the property, but lack of communication was an issue. Owner blamed the app for not forwarding messages, but it was obvious there was no communication.

Family Christmas trip

I do want to note we choose not to contact the host after checking in due to issues contacting them prior. Responses to messages to the property manager were always very delayed. I contacted the host on 11/7 to inquire about early check in, received no response. Sent a follow up on 11/20 and received a response on 11/21. I attempted then to follow up on 12/18, 12/21, and 12/23 without receiving a response. I contacted VRBO customer service on 12/24 as our check in was 12/25. they were finally able to contact the host after about 20 minutes. the host did send me a message right away blaming the app for messages not being received by them. they indicated they would provide entry information later that day but i did not receive anything. i also sent them a message right away on 12/24 about having the pool heated with no respone back. At approx. 345 pm i sent a message about not yet receiving any entry information since we were due to arrive at 4 pm and did receive a quick response, where they again blamed the app. As for the house itself the pictures are mostly accurate. The shower doors trim was either cracked or missing chunks on all bathrooms. there was no broom or anything to clean up after yourself which is needed when you staying multiple days. The pool deck had a chuck of concrete missing right outside the door. you could see that previous guests had kicked or thrown the small broken pieces into the pool. we did not use the pool other than putting feet in

Plenty for space for all ages

The house is very spacious , great for families. Clean, most all necessities. Pool is great! Quiet neighborhood. Biggest issues the dishwasher was broken, called management sent out maintenance and a new one was installed. The main bedroom bathroom sink needs to be unclogged, very slow drain. Not enough trash bags and paper towels we had to purchase more. I suggest bringing your own laundry soaps/ dryer sheets. Minimal supplies for kitchen, no foil, plastic wrap etc. The refrigerator has no ice maker so make sure you bring ice. For the price it’s a nice value , worked great for us.

Very nice and clean!

There was a huge group of us that stayed here for a family vacation. We spent most of the time in the pool! The pool and kitchen is so nice and clean! The house was beautiful and I loved our stay there. My only thing was the bedroom that we used was the one off of the pool table room and it was very warm all the time. We almost bought an ac unit but we bought a fan instead.

Family friendly house

Very nice house. Clean and nicely remodeled. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room. Reasonably priced and conveniently located to Eau Claire and Wickham roads. Short drive to public beaches. pool in backyard. could use a few more items travelers may need like salt and pepper shakers and a few more towels. Family enjoyed the pool table. manager easy to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Die Räume des Hauses sehen auf den Bildern zum Teil größer aus als sie in Wirklichkeit sind. In der Küche könnten ein paar mehr Töpfe sein. Am Pool wäre auch ein Sonnenschirm ganz nett. Ein paar Stühle mehr für den Esstisch wäre super, denn wenn man mit 10 Leuten in dem Haus wohnen kann fehlen ein paar. Wir waren nur zur Acht und es war nur für sechs Leute Platz. Die Lage des Hauses war jetzt nicht ganz so schön, aber im Großen und Ganzen war alles okay.

Great vacation house

This house does not disappoint. It is a great house that has something for everyone. Love all the bedrooms and the pool table, swimming pool and firepit are great to keep all of your family occupied. This house is very updated and modern and well maintained. The only thing that I felt was missing was there was only the garbage bag that was in the kitchen garbage can and no extra bags were available. Extra garbage bags would have been nice. I feel like that is one thing that most people do not travel with. My family has already mentioned that they would love to stay at this home again.

Loved the pool

House was spacious and reasonably clean upon arrival. I did extra cleaning. Pool was as expected but no pool toys or towels. Short drive to nice beaches and great food choices. Kitchen is not well equipped for cooking but had basic items. Bought more to fit our needs. Would rent here again. Thanks property manager, Chris, for being so responsive

Fishing Trip

We stayed in this house with 6 people. Family on a fishing trip to Stick Marsh In fells mere Florida . Had a great time fishing everyday. Came home to a nice place for cooked meals and good sleep.

Wonderful stay

House is just as described

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect and just as looked in the pictures. Owner was responsive and checked on us midweek. Would definitely recommend for those looking for something close to the ocean.
