Cons:pool was not heated for the first couole days as it was broken, jacuzzi was 80 degrees when we arrived which took some time to heat up, the door from out bedroom that leads outside would not lock and was broken, the water did not work for 1 night and part of a day before it was fixed, there were no cleaning products or even a broom or dust pan and when asked for 1 i was told to go buy one, the decks are in bad shape, ice maker does not work in the second kitchen , the steps that lead into the pool were broken and me and my son had to fix, the water pressure was horrible, the tvs are hard to work as there are 4 remotes for each one, pool table is old and the sticks are warped, lights on the bottom front of the house do not work outside, had to clean up animal poop that was all over the deck and on the steps of pool, the pros are that it is on the beach and once we got everything working properly and cleaning products we had a good couple days left to enjoy it but it was a bad first 4 days..merry the property manager could really care less abkut that property as well! I would never have told my guests who paid 8k for a house for a week to go buy a broom but hey to each thier own..the pictures of the property are definitely from years and years ago..the home owner did his best to remedy the situation but this is stuff that should have been done before we arrived and definitely stuff a property manager should have known..thank you for having us
