Dishes, silverware & pans provided. Shower, sink & toilet. Towels, shampoo & soap provided. This unit has an on-demand water heater. TV: Yes, Smart TV downstairs. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. Outside: Picnic table outside. Propane BBQ grill. There are two parking spaces for Hidden Valley, and they are behind the tiny home and labeled. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50. No additional pets are allowed.
