This home was absolutely perfect! It truly had everything we could have needed and more. The views were breathtaking—waking up to them each day felt like a dream. There was something for everyone in our family to enjoy, which made the stay even more special and stress-free.The home was comfortable, well thought out, and clearly designed with guests in mind. On top of that, the host Steve was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish, which made the entire experience seamless.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable, family-friendly getaway!

Steve and Stephanie were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to silly requests (where is the remote?) and provided a comprehensive house manual with all the instructions we could need. The house was stocked with little things that make all the difference (plastic wrap for leftovers, detergent for surprise laundry). We had an incredible stay and already look forward to our next visit!

The house was amazing- so many amenities with the sauna, game room, hot tub, and theatre room! So relaxing with the most gorgeous views for sunrise and during the day! We enjoyed being so close to local activities such go-karts; tubing slides, and the indoor water park. We really enjoyed this property!

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home!We had an incredible stay at this stunning home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. Hot tub, game room, movie room and sauna were fantastic!Each of the five bedrooms having its own private bathroom was a huge plus—it made the stay so much more comfortable and convenient for everyone. The layout is perfect for families or groups traveling together.The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the deck or winding down in the evening, the scenery was always a highlight.Our host was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay.We can’t recommend this home enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect getaway!

We were visiting this house for a JMU graduation and it completely exceeded our expectations. The sauna, hot tub, media room and game room were amazing features for our guests. The house was incredibly cleaned and maintained and we have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. We had a tremendous weekend! I recommend this house to anyone looking for luxury accommodations while visiting Massanutten.

Amazing House and Views!

This property was stunning! The pictures online are completely accurate. The house is stocked with everything you could ever think of. We enjoyed the furnishings so much that we ordered the exact mattress from our bedroom at this property for our bedroom at home! The hosts were extremely responsive and a treat to work with. Highly recommend this property, it’s first on our list when we return to Massanutten!

Hazy Bears Escapes is Amazing!

Our only dislike is that we didn't stay longer! This house is GORGEOUS! We traveled with 8 of us from age ranges of 3 year old, teens, twenties, thirties, and late forties ;) and all were entertained the entire time for a little winter break. Everything from the kitchen, beds, theater room, and dining room are so beautiful and comfortble. There is absolutely everything that you need there. The house is at a dead end, so it is very quiet. I didn't read reviews prior, but it is short walk down the driveway and another small hill and if you have lift passes already you can ride down to first lift, so it makes it very convenient to not have to drive and we were pleasantly surprised with that! Stephen and Stephanie were amazing at communicating with us. Every question or concern I had, they respoded immediately and are A host. You couldn't ask for better hosts. We used all the amenties in the house. We used the gas grille, the hot tub, the sauna, theater room, rec room, all the way down to the popcorn machine. Great time! We look forward to staying again in the future, because we will be back! Great family home. P.S. you won't get a better view than this house! Also, Instacart will come if you order early enough and weather permitting as well, if you don't feel like leaving the mountain. We just met them at the bottom when we needed some specific food items that we didn't bring with us.

Amazing house!

We had a group of friends gathering for a long weekend. We were all impressed when we walked in. It lives up to the listing! We loved the theater room with very comfortable recliners! We also enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, and sauna. And we appreciated the nice touches such as the decor and robes/towels for the hot tub. The sunrise view is beautiful from this house. Loved it!

Birthday Getaway

Property is very beautiful, house has everything you need plus some stuff you most likely forgot. Everyone enjoyed themselves and couldn't believe how nice this house was.
