Recently remodeled, this unit is owned by human realist painter Judy Takacs and her husband. This stunning apartment is impeccably decorated with a sophisticated twist on Chautauqua charm, complete with original contemporary figurative artwork by an award winning artist. Beautifully appointed granite kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, brand new stove, stacked washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, blender, two gorgeous subway-tiled marble full baths with showers, turreted living room with leather couches, hardwood floors - bright, clean, modern and in excellent condition. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a full kitchen, large living room, flat screen TV, central A/C.
