"The stay itself was average, but there was an uncomfortable incident during checkout where a guest was yelling and loudly complaining about the checkout time. Security had to be called, and the front desk agent even threatened to involve the police. The situation made the atmosphere feel tense and, honestly, a bit low-class. On top of that, being charged $30 per night for parking felt excessive and disappointing. That added cost, along with the incident at checkout, definitely impacted the overall experience."

Despite reserving a non-smoking room, I was initially checked into a smoking room that smelled of stale smoke and had a leaking bathroom. Upon requesting a change, the second room provided also had a strong odor. Furthermore, the room was incredibly noisy due to a rattling AC and vibrations that lasted all night. To make matters worse, my room was never serviced once during my entire stay."
