Private: park 2 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 60 km.
