Reserva marina Masinloc y Oyon Bay Vacaciones

Water heater is not working, no refrigerator in room, no microwave

At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para lang makakita !!!

The breakfast was very bad rice and cold pieaces of ham one egg and pay for second coffee there were lots off ants and recespution was poor wifi almost like haveing nothing came and went tv did not work

Excellent customer service

We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.
