The room was filthy! I had 1 towel and no tissues!! I was charged for a room on the ground floor when i couldn't walk up steps.

Was given a room that wasn't ready for guests linens on the floor next room smelled like a dirty ash tray. Draws in night stand has used food containers as well as the refrigerator sticky substance on the headboard floor wasn't cleaned

We were greeted by a friendly lady named Alice that was very helpful and answered our questions since we were passing through and knew nothing about the area. The food was great for breakfast and the lounge upstairs was a fun time.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue. This time, however, the service from staff in the restaurant was terrible. They have a fantastic breakfast buffet but I didn’t get the chance to eat due to poor service. I waited for well over 15 minutes to be seated and was observed by the staff waiting and was never approached. As I was waiting a line was forming and not once did a staff member come and talk to anyone. There were also multiple complaints from people who had been seated that the wait staff never returned to their table after the initial time.

The Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room decor is not fancy, but it was ok; it was clean. We only stayed one night and the policy is for housekeeping to replace towels every few days unless the guests requests it. So there's is that one thing to know. The exercise room contains the basics, and the pool was closed due to being out of season. The breakfast buffet is included with the stay included with a made to order omelettes and belgium waffles. That belgium waffle was one of the best I ever had. The room also includes a mini refrigerator, hair dryer and coffee pot.

We attempted to check in about 7pm... The staff had given us a key to a room that had ALREADY BEEN ASSIGNED! There were only a few people staying because it was Christmas day, but he still gave us a room that was occupied! When we went down to report that the key didn't work... all the desk clerk did was laugh and give us another room... no apology no reason... very UNprofessional

It felt like a I was in a bad part of town. I had to place my wing arm chair in front of the entry door under the handle just in case someone tried to come in. The place was completely run down, the coils from the bed were poking my back and was unable to sleep well.

We had trouble immediately with the AC. They came and replaced the unit with a repaired unit, but it didn't function either. They did move us to another room and it cooled down after about an hour. It's an older motel, with access from outside. Some cigarette burns on flooring, but otherwise clean. Beds were great and the breakfast served at table was very good. You had to pay extra for the full buffet, however.

Have stayed there on numerous occasions and never had a bad experience. Staff friendly and accomodating. The weekend buffet is well worth it as there is a great selection, especially my favorite, omelettes made to order.

In town for a local race and got to the hotel at sunset. The clerks were very nice but seemed confused at check-in and wanted to charge me for the stay, the hotel was already paid for once booked [...]. The room needed a face lift, the appearance and smell made it apparent and the A/C was loud. The room had no refrigerator, which was a disappointment. The hotel had a fancy restaurant but only two breakfast tickets were given so we had to pay for the remaining balance ($13.00). During check-out the clerks were going to charge my account, again, that required me to explain the whole scenario all over again. I'm scheduled to attend another race in this area and this will not be where my family and I will stay again.

Everything was wonderful.

The Dutch Inn was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was awesome! I will defiantly stay there again. It exceeded my expectations.

It felt like a I was in a bad part of town. I had to place my wing arm chair in front of the entry door under the handle just in case someone tried to come in. The place was completely run down, the coils from the bed were poking my back and was unable to sleep well.
