It's warm and inviting, with a spacious layout for entertaining and relaxation. It's conveniently located near Marion Health campus, offering privacy and convenience. Create unforgettable memories in a home that has it all.

Fantastic walking neighborhood with a tree lined boulevard.

There are two owners closets and a garage in the house that guests do not have access too. The rest of the house is accessible to guests.

The Euclid Charmer has driveway access directly to Euclid Ave for easy access and plenty of parking. Street parking is also available.

In the summer, the lawn care crew comes on every Friday!

The Euclid Charmer is absolutely stunning, spacious, yet cozy. This space did not disappoint. From the amazing fragrance that envelops you upon entering the home; to the well thought out appointments for each room. This home definitely exceeds the “ WOW Factor”. We decided to resume our family reunions after a 5 year period of loss. Our band has gotten smaller yet I wanted a space that could comfortably host our (8) family members and provide a lovely backdrop for a mini family reunion. I was born in Marion, so it was a true homecoming. Everyone complimented our choice and was mesmerized by the flawless presentation of the home.! Check in and check out was a breeze and I will say it was especially nice not have to clean an entire home, before leaving. Thank you for making this new chapter in our family such a treasured memory. From the Kelly Family we want to extend our gratitude for your hospitality and inviting space. Until next year!

Comfortable and well equipped

The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.
