This spacious and inviting four bedroom/three full bathroom home features a covetable rear southern exposure and stunning converging waterway views. Wave to passing boaters or watch for dolphins and manatees in the canals while cooking up a meal, relaxing on the couch, splashing in the heated pool, or lounging on the patios. With four graciously-sized bedrooms (California king, king, king, two twins with trundles) and two spacious indoor living areas, in addition to the screened-in lanai with heated pool and two separate sun patios outside, you'll love how the property has ample space for the whole family to easily spread out or to comfortably gather together. With board games, pool floats and fishing right from the dock, you may never want to leave the home! But if you're looking to venture out, take advantage of Manatee Manor's bikes, beach gear, and its premium location less than a half of a mile from beautiful Tigertail Beach and less than two miles to numerous shops and restaurants (see details in "Proximity to Points of Interest").

We've been bringing our family to florida for Thanksgiving for hte last 5 years. We have switched places every year but this is a spot we could come back too for many years to come. Perfect Family getaway!

My dad retired so what better way to celebrate than a beautiful place walking distance to Tigertail beach?!? There were 6 of us total but could have fit a few more in the four spacious bedrooms! Tons of room to spread out, perfect location meant we walked to the beach every day, and we had great dinners both take out at the house as well as at two great restaurants: Quinn’s on the Beach (great sunset!) and CJs on the Bay! Wonderful property, perfect adventure, can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed with 2 of our adult children and their families. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool with a water view was a peaceful place to spend evenings. The beach was a hike but there’s a beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, a rolling cooler, and beach toys provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and a grocery store was close by. We would book this again.

Exactly what we were looking for. Offered us a fun weekend getaway to get in some beautiful hiking, delicious meals, relaxing conversations and comfortable rest! Liked the location was closed enough to everything but not so close that we were constantly stuck in St. George traffic. Plenty of room to spread out and all the comforts of home were provided. Not a single complaint.

Relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. We had 5 adults and 2 young grandchildren. There was plenty of space and very family friendly. We enjoyed many evenings in the pool. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware as we made several meals there. Location was great, as most shopping/restaurants/beach were 10 minutes away. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The house is clean, spacious, has comfortable beds, and is located in a quiet and safe community. It was a short walk to Tigertail park, where we crossed over the lagoon to spend time on the beach. The only nit-picky thing I wasn't a fan of was that the privacy trees blocked a lot of the sun from the pool, so we spent more time on the loungers to the side of the house to get sun. Most people would probably prefer the privacy though.

Great Stay at Manatee Manor

Property was true to pictures. Very clean and spacious. Great location. Just a short drive for groceries, restaurants and shopping. Tigertail beach is quite a walk, even if you drive to parking lot. However, not the fault of the property. Would stay again--given the proper circumstances. It was particularly nice to have the pool--which was heated to a comfortable temperature.

The house is in a great location, and it’s clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the beach. I would stay at Manatee Manor again. My only complaint is the channel selection. We were on vacation with our teenage boys. They like to watch sports at night. There were very few channels available.
