Bienvenido a nuestro condominio de un dormitorio ubicado en la costa del lago LBJ. Hay un lanzamiento de barco muy cerca y un muelle de día para su conveniencia. La propiedad ofrece una playa de arena con acceso al lago para todas sus actividades acuáticas. Además, hay 2 refrescantes piscinas en el sitio. El establecimiento ofrece varias actividades, como voleibol y pista de tenis, herradura, shuffle board, parrillas para barbacoa y una fogata para relajarse y disfrutar de los S'mores al final del día.

Nuestra unidad está en el segundo piso (Unidad 221) y da a la entrada bien cuidada. Tiene una cama Queen en el dormitorio principal, un colchón de aire de lujo y un sofá en forma de L. También tiene una cocina completa equipada con platos, cristalería, platería, licuadora, tostadora, cafetera y ollas y sartenes. Tiene un balcón que ofrece una mesa de restaurante con cubo de hielo incorporado para sus bebidas. Hay una lavadora y secadora que funciona con monedas ubicada en el Edificio Jamaica (600).

A great escape

This was a perfect getaway to relax. The property was clean and the pools were not crowded and having beachfront access to the lake was perfect. Loved our stay and can't wait to plan another stay.

Great time

We had such a great time for our stay. The condo was clean and enough room for the three of us. My 8 yr old had a blast in the beach front lake and the larger pool during our stay.

Quiet area, but fun. I took 3 teenagers who don't like to go to the beach. They enjoyed swimming in the pool and in the lake. The beach area was very nice. The girls enjoyed swimming out to the platform and going down the water slide. Marble Falls is a short drive away with restaurants and shopping, as well as a unique downtown area.

Very nice, enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed a weekend getaway to the area. Condo was very nice, just right for the two of us and our pups. Didn’t use beach or pool this time of year but would come back as it was right on the lake. We also appreciated the suggestions of things to do in the area.

Great place for a get away!

My husband and I needed a change of scenery without driving a long way. This is a nice, quiet place to do that. We enjoyed walking around the property, swimming in the pool, grilling and driving around the surrounding areas. Our daughter-in-law and two grandkids joined us for part of the stay. I would definitely go back to this rental.

My husband and I were celebrating our 32nd anniversary. We had a wonderful stay. It was quite and felt secluded. Owners were very gracious when we mixed up check out time. We will return!❤️

Nice place to stay

Everything was as in the pictures. The only thing that I did notice was that there was no tv in the bedroom. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Nice little get away and the beach area was nice to visit. Had a good time here with my family. Just need to update the pool code. Would definitely come back to the same place to visit again!!

Cute Condo with Great Access to Lake LBJ

My family had a quick visit to Marble Falls this summer and we were happy we had found this cute 1 bedroom condo. It was a little confusing finding the beach access part of the property, but once we did we enjoyed a dip in the water. Very cool property feature! The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest updating the chaise lounge chair in the living room - it looks ready to retire. Besides that, all was well!

Clean, spacious, and confortable

Everything very clean. Lovely, updated decor. Bed and couch super comfy. Well-stocked kitchen. Quiet top floor end unit. Sandy beach was great fun for my grandkids when they visited for the afternoon. (I would just not recommend for the advertised 6-person capacity unless you bring your own additional cots or mattresses to add to the regular bed and one blowup bed provided - there's plenty of floor space for multiple cots. Sofa will only sleep one.)

We were disappointed it wasn't close to any of the cities, everything seemed like a far drive. The property was beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the tv selection was lacking. Also the dumpster was pretty far whith only a small trash can inside. Overall the stay was good just probably wont be back.

Hill Country Road/Lake Trip

We rented this property due to location and proximity to other family on the lake. It was perfect for what we needed. This unit is close to the road first set of apartments. It’s a decent walk to the beach area and larger pool. The smaller pool was closed for repairs and we did not find this out until we had already booked. These things didn’t bother us since we were Leaving each day to meet up with family on the lake. This unit is older very affordable. Decorated cute. We would stay here again but If I was vacationing at the lake for a week, I would pick something closer to the water. One of the lights in the bathroom was out when we arrived and the owner was quick to change it for us! We arrived about 20 minutes prior to check in and the owner was very nice and let us in a few minutes early!

The unit was clean inside. No TV in bedroom was a bit disappointing for a vacation stay. The front door deadbolt had issues and couldn't close the door. The screens for sliding glass doors were both off track and one fell on me while sitting on the balcony. One sliding glass door lock did not properly work, which was nerve racking having our toddler able to open the balcony door so easily. The bedroom door knob was broken. Overall maintenance is lacking for something they want to charge market price for. It needs upkeep or a discount. Also, it is the furthest unit away from the beach, which would've been nice to know as we thought we were getting lakefront housing. The balcony had tons of bird droppings all over it. Not all fresh. It appeared it had been quite awhile since the balcony was cleaned properly. The owner addressed the front door lock within 12 hours, but did not address or even acknowledge the other items I brought up. Quite disappointing.
