The house was as described. The dirt, dust, and of all things the dog urine soaked couch, and master bedroom reeked of urine, those things cannot be seen on the listing. We slept poorly in the master due to the smell, so my disabled husband and I slept two nights in the bunkroom. We contacted Vacasa immediately, with no call backs from the local team. We escalated the problem 24 hours later heard nothing. 24 hours later we contacted the phone number outside on the plaque. Finally someone who cared, things could not be resolved( they wanted to move us after 72 hours) but they did not have any disabled availability, we chose to leave 2 days early. Unless they replace the sofa , and pull out the orange rig in the master bedroom, refuse to stay here!!!! I could go on about all the problems with the house, it’s old, it’s charming. Vacasa is the culprit here, not letting the homeowner know what needs replacement the sofa portion that was stinking is the part that is a lighter blue, steamed cleaned I’m sure that’s why it does not match, warning do not sit, I had to change my clothes and take a shower to get the stink off.
