It was clean, looked nice inside. The management staff was somewhat uncooperative and policy sticklers and not very accommodating. Maybe I demanded too much, but I asked about moving our stay by one day seeing that the calendar showed an empty day after our stay. Seems reasonable, but because "policy" and "holidays" - they declined. The kitchen supplies were a bit skimpy, but maybe not many people drink tea, so there was no teaspoons (just two sizes of soup spoons) and the kettle was somewhat broken. One of the two bedrooms is in a loft, so not too much privacy with kids and the couch is OK if you're fine sleeping with your shins hanging outside of it. Decent 4k Samsung "smart" TV with oversaturated colors. Bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner) for 1 or 2 days in our 10 day stay were OK I guess. A bit untypical compared to standard p2p rentals. No good place to dry your ski jackets. Very large washer and drier... located in the loft bedroom with the drier venting into the apartment so not great if you're sensitive to smells but worked well overall. Their policy must have been written by lawyers and business folks paid by the word because it's as long as your iPhone EULA with lots of penalties if you forget to close windows, shades, turn off lights etc, but you should be OK if you're tidy. It was OK. A bit pricier than our typical ski trips to BC, Utah, Wyoming or Oregon, but I guess you need to be prepared to pay 50-100% more for things in California...
