I have stayed here twice this year. First time I visited I was alone so the room I was given was really, really small and decor was not so nice. I noticed while i was here on the second floor they were in the process of refurbishing some of the rooms. When I returned in May as a couple we were given a way better room (on the second floor again, but this time one of the refurbs). You could literally smell the newness. Only downfall about this room was that it was located at the front of the hotel so you could hear everything from the street outside. I must note that there is no door on the toilet either so you would want to be pretty comfortable with your partner as the rooms are pretty open plan. The rooftop pool is amazing and gives amazing views of the city. Not so many sun loungers however so be quick if you plan to tan. Buffet breakfast is your typical buffet breakfast, it's nice. The blues bar up on the top floor is good for a drink at night and they have a band playing most nights if I remember correctly, it gives a panoramic view also. Hotel staff are generally friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and more importantly it's really central. It's just off the top of Jaume III.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 4 nights with 8 friends. We had a great time! The roof top pool was brilliant! We had lunch there a few times as well, great club sandwiches! It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. Bar downstairs was good for having drinks before heading out. Rooms were nice but our bathroom was a bit outdated with one of those strange tube hairdryers lol! Think they are in the middle of doing them up. Great Gin bar a few doors along called Ginbo, well worth a visit 😊

Chose this hotel for its proximity to Palma old town and also for its facilities for relaxing in the sun. The location was perfect however the facilities and service extremely disappointing. The ground floor pool area was less than appealing! The pool is in permanent shade without any room to have sun loungers around, with a larger area down some steps with a scattering of about 12 sun loungers....no bar or food service and unkempt borders. The rooftop pool was cramped with very few loungers. The bar was inadequate for the amount of guests and the hotel appeared permanently understaffed. Very difficult to obtain any refreshments. Did not find the staff welcoming or helpful and were also rude at times. On the plus side the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an amazing shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately I could not recommend this hotel and do not intend to return due to the poor facilities and service. I also do not feel I received value for money.

My partner and I went here for 10 days. When arriving we were very satisfied with the clean and spacious room. Unfortunately our balcony looked out into a persons apartment which had a parrot and was very loud. I know this cannot be helped however, was very frustrating. The place is defiantly not for a family as there is no kids entertainment. The swimming pool on the roof top is small and hard to get a sun lounger. The best thing about this hotel is the food. I would definitely recommend this to anyone as it was the best food we had the whole holiday.

Stayed here on our honeymoon the first week in June 2017. I emailed the hotel when i booked to advise that we were on honeymoon and was disappointed when we did not get any recognition of this. The room was nice but we had a view over the court yard which wasn't very attractive. I called to ask reception if they had anything else and was told i would need to pay for an upgrade. The hotel is lovely, very clean and rooms are modern and the breakfast was fantastic. There are hardly any sunbeds so you have to get up early and not move all day if you want to keep it as you cannot reserve. The hotel is in a very good location and is of a high standard. We were just a little disappointed with the service on arrival. We would stay here again.

Saratoga is a very nice hotel on a good location with courteous staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and the bathroom is ok too. There are 2 pools, one on ground level the other one is a roof top pool. Downstairs breakfast area with a good selection to choose from, a chef who makes scrambled eggs or omelette. And for those who likes live music there are performance certain nights up in the bar. It´s close to the modern museum and plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding area and the old town is within walking distance. There is possibility to park in a garage close by the hotel. Next time in palma i'll be back!

Nice, centrally located hotel. Rooms were ok, but with poor soundproofing. Had a room against a narrow sideroad with view to an aparment block. Lots of traffic noice from early morning, so I would suggest asking for a room with pool view. The roof-top pool was ok, but the service did not start until 10.30-11.00.

What a lovely hotel. We were extremely happy with the Hotel Saratoga on nearly every count, except one. We could not get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning without having the full breakfast in the dining room! Room service would only deliver a full continental with tea or coffee, and the roof top service didn't start until 10.30am. A simple provision of a kettle in the rooms would solve the problem. A small but very important point if you are a British tea drinker! Everything else Fabioso. Beverly Murray.

It is a beautiful hotel in a very good position walkable to all of Palma. The roof top pool is small so get there early and the jazz night is great. Very eat to find and signposted from Paseo Maritimo the main road along the front.

We had a memorable and fun night at the Saratoga's rooftop jazz bar. Our group of friends were a little uncertain about going but we're soon reassured. The band were excellent and in truth were more show band than jazz band. Their repertoire of songs ranged from 'Send in the clowns' to Earth Wind and Fire's 'September'. They created a really fun atmosphere with some impromptu dancing too. The Saratoga jazz lounge is a comfortable room with reasonable views to the stage. The bar staff were excellent and very efficient. Drinks were reasonably price and there was no admission charge. We stayed until the close at 1pm. Recommended.
