Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, ample kitchen, beautiful porches with beautiful grounds. Landlord acknowledged and was respectful of the rich indigenous Cherokee history. It was a great opportunity to communicate this to our children. All was as promised!

This is a great home but beware of VACASA

This home is great and has just what you need. The only problem with the home is working through Vacasa. This definitely made VRBO look bad. Problems were reported on Saturday with the shower door on the main floor. A quick response was given that someone would be to fix it and even asked if they could enter the property when they arrived. Unfortunately no one ever came to look at that issue. On Tuesday at 9:09 AM, I reported that there was a shower leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the main floor bathroom and main floor master bedroom. I received the following response, "That won't do. Thanks for letting us know and I'll look into this right away. Do you need more towels to replace any used to clean the leak?" I did request more towels. The response to refrain from using the bathroom upstairs and that the local team was alerted and asked for the best contact number. At 7:45 PM Tuesday, I reached out again as we had a party of 8 and having one bathroom was an issue. For the rest of the trip the response I received every day was, "We are still waiting to hear from the local team." No one ever came to look at the leak, the shower door, or replace towels. I sent a video on Wednesday of the lack of water pressure that became and issue throughout the home. Again, no response except the local team would be notified. I asked for the local number to call and was told "It is against company policy to provide that number. I have yet to hear from them.

Cozy Getaway

Cabin is extremely cozy, clean & well maintained. We were a family of 6. Great spaces, fun game room, deck was wonderful for playing corn hole. Cabin is 10 min to ski resort & 15 to large grocery stores. Definitely would stay again!

Quick trip to Maggie Valley.

Our family Loved the cabin’s location. It was a short drive to the Catalochee ski area. The cabin was clean and the space was well laid out, allowing our family to enjoy the time spent there.

Excellent roomy cabin

Loved this sweet cabin. The porches are wonderful and there was a room for everyone in the family. Kitchen was lovely. In a great spot nice and quiet nestled in the mountains. We’d definitely come back.

Amazing Stay

This home was everything I did not know that we needed. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly need. There is plenty of space to be together as a big group. The home was in a nice neighborhood with plenty of distance between homes for privacy. We could not believe how comfortable all of the beds were or how well we all slept on vacation. We will definitely be back.

Picturesque and serene mountain stay

The cabin in Maggie Valley was in a beautiful location surrounded by forest…it almost felt like being in a treehouse. The thing we loved best was it’s proximity to Waynesville, Asheville, Cherokee, Sylva, Franklin, and Bryson City. The cabin had a rustic, but modern feel, and it was very clean. There was sleeping room for 9 on 3 levels with lots of outdoor porches. The basement had a pool table and soccer game, perfect for older children. We will definitely be staying here again…none of us wanted to leave! :-)

Family Summer Vacation in the Mountains

We spent a wonderful week at your beautiful home in Maggie Valley. This home had everything we could ask for and was located in one of our favorite places. Our last night there we even had 3 elk walk right down the street in front of the house. The only thing I wanted to bring to your attention is that the football table handles would not stay on so we couldn't play, and the only board game we could play was scrabble, as the rest did not have all the pieces. Those in no way tarnished our vacation, we just wanted to let you know so you would be aware for future guests. Your house is so lovely and comfortable. We will be back for future visits, for sure!!

Awesome stay!

The house was everything I wanted! Nice neighborhood, easy to find with paved roads, very clean and maintained, beds were very comfortable, and the game room was definitely a plus!! The only suggestion I have is to add a grill. My family loved this house, and we will definitely stay again when in Maggie Valley!!

Perfect location

Loved the location of this cabin. Not too high up the mountain and in a peaceful neighborhood. The property is beautiful. We didn't have elk stop by to visit but we saw them one night not far from the cabin. The cabin itself was lovely. The downstairs game room was very enjoyable. We loved the firepit and cornhole game. We would highly reccommend this property. Wonderful vacation! Great response from rental team when needed.

Falling in love with Maggie

This was our 2nd time staying in this cabin. The cabin is clean and well stocked with anything you’ll need. Close to the ski resort and great dining. We were welcomed our first day by 14 elk! It was truly magical. I have fallen in love with Maggie Valley and this cabin had a lot to do with it.

Relaxing Time in the mountains

Everything was as advertised. Things were very clean. Lots of places to sit and gather. The pool table was nice. Communication was great. Only negative thing is a red line on the TV in the main living room that made watching movies less enjoyable.

Great views

The views and sounds from the deck made the stay. We had some issues initially but the property manager got them resolved. Some dishes were a little sticky but we just washed what we needed to use. We enjoyed the area a lot. If you have a group getting up at various times this might not be the house for you. We could here each other talking in the bedrooms on different levels. For us it was fine. The basement game room was a fun! Overall a good experience for us.

Great cabin!

Great location! Very clean cabin. Quiet atmosphere. Cabin was just as described. The only downfall was having to take our trash to the convenience center instead of the cleaning service taking the trash upon our departure. I was aware of this prior to renting the property, but the convenience center was approximately 25 minutes away in the opposite way from where we were traveling.

Beautiful Property

This Maggie Valley property was excellent. Clean, well maintained, no problems at all. Peaceful, quiet. Beautiful mornings on the deck with coffee, and evenings by the fire pit, hearing the running water off in the distance. Pool table, fuse ball table, books, games inside for kids and corn hole / bean bag toss game out on the deck. Always hot water for showers, appliances tip top shape. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect cabin getaway.

The location of this cabin felt secluded and peaceful yet we were close to the ski slopes, tubbing, restaurants, and shops. I love the decor theme of the Cherokee Indians. Very clean and well maintained too. We loved our time at this cabin so much that we booked our next stay already!
