Madrid City - Two-bedroom apartment:
Completely renovated apartment as of October 2018, ideal for a comfortable and practical stay in the center of Madrid. This is your new home, a space designed for a peaceful and functional stay.

It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with spacious wardrobes so you can store all your belongings comfortably.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, so you can travel light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, capsule coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans, allowing you to prepare your meals independently.

The spacious living room includes a television and dining area, with direct access to a terrace where you can relax and feel at home.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, heating, iron and ironing board, bed linens and towels, and complimentary toiletries.



AREA

The Charming Madrid City is very close to the Complutense University of Madrid and the San Carlos Clinical Hospital. An area in the heart of Madrid and very quiet full of shops and restaurants.

Very nice apartment but owner is hard to reach

The apartment was very nice and clean. Heater and all appliances worked properly. I reached out with questions about check in and check out and they weren’t answered until after I checked out. If we really needed help I would have tried calling but we figured it out. During vacation it would be nice to have faster response as customers. Also recommend providing a person to meet upon check in because the exterior gate is confusing to use and arriving late at night with no help with 2 babies was hard.

A wonderful holiday in a very nice well equipped apartment . We had everything we needed and it was an excellent location. The process of getting keys was a bit complicated and required good computer skills but ok once we were there. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished.

Perfect for our need

This is a tremendous apartment for our week stay in Madrid. We wanted something somewhat close to St. Louis University where our son was studying, and also convenient to the city. The neighborhood is good, and there is a metro stop a block away. No complaints, and highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect! We traveled to Madrid to visit my daughter and fell in love - especially with the Chamberi' neighborhood. It has everything you could ask for and the people are so friendly. The apartment was in a wonderful location and was set up perfectly to meet our needs. Les conditions d'accès à l'appartement ont été très difficiles pour nous car c'était la première fois et nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait utiliser notre téléphone portable pour entrer et pour sortir de l'appartement ce n'était pas indiqué qu'il fallait appuyer sur un bouton qui se trouve derrière le système d'ouverture. A part cela l'appartement est vraiment super.Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture il existe de nombreux garages sécurisés à côté de l'appartement : il serait judicieux de l'indiquer pour les futurs locataires.

Nice flat in calm area of Madrid

The flat is perfect for two persons. You find lots of small shops and cafes in the naibourhood. The Metro is close to the flat and with a tourist pass it is easy to get around in Madrid. Only disavantage is a pretty poorly equipped kitchen.
