Precioso apartamento recién reformado entre Palacio Real y La Latina

Un apartamento moderno, decorado con personalidad, donde no le falta de nada para que te puedas sentir como en casa.

Tiene dos dormitorios: uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales. En el salón hay un sofá cama muy cómodo. El apartamento es muy luminoso. Disponde de un aseo y un cuarto de baño con ducha. La cocina es moderna y comunica con el salón. Está provista de Vitrocerámica, nevera pequeña, campana para los olores, lavadora, microondas, y dispone de todos los enseres necesarios. Tiene un televisor de pantalla plana que servirá para que las tardes sean más agradables después de un día de largas caminatas. Por supuesto no puede faltar Wifi, muy importante en estos tiempos. También tenéis disponible una plancha y tabla de planchar. Un tendedero, por si llueve, y otro exterior que da al patio interior. Es un bajo con ascensor.
El piso también dispone de productos de limpieza, papel higiénico, jabón para manos, lavavajilla, estropajo, nanas, balleta y rollo de papel de cocina.
A 7 minutos hay un Supermercado. Hay bares, restaurantes y comercios.
El metro es 'Puerta de Toledo', a 7 minutos andando. También hay varios autobuses.
Aunque el apartamento está muy bien rodeado de transporte público, se puede ir caminando al famoso Rastro de Madrid, La Puerta de Toledo, Madrid Rio, La Catedral de la Almudena, Palacio Real, La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor y al animado Barrio La Latina donde podrá encontrar muchos restaurantes, cafeterías, teatro, etc.

Para los que vienen en coche, recomiendo un Parking que está a 10 minutos en coche y el precio es 8€/día y 40€/7 días. Consultar conmigo

Es importante recordar por cada hora de retraso en el check in se cobraran 10€

We enjoyed our stay and felt the location was great for walking the streets of Madrid. Apartment was clean and well furnished for our stay. Restaurants nearby. Great communication with host - any question was promptly answered and we appreciated the suggestions given for things to do and places to dine. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The location was convenient and great for getting to all of the hot spots we wanted to visit. The host, Marina, was an excellent communicator and always available. I would highly recommend this for a family visiting who wants a little extra space with two bedrooms separate from living space and two bathrooms!

This apartment is beautiful, lovely art, comfortable beds, and close to central Madrid - everything is walkable. We had a wonderful visit and I would highly recommend this apartment. Marina was a real pleasure to work with. She communicated well, provided ideas and was helpful all the way to arranging the taxi pick up for the airport.

The apartment was as advertized with all the essentials for a confortable stay. It was on a busy street with good bus connections close by and a metro stop about an eight minute walk away. Despite being on busy street the apartment was quiet. Most of central and historic Madrid is within a half hour walk, although the area around the apartment is quite hilly. Ms Cave was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful with advice about how to make our stay enjoyable.

This is halfway down to basement apartment, which is very normal within older town of Spain. The decoration of rooms was very artistic, and very clean. We are very much appreciated the tankless hot water system, that made our showers very convenance for groups of six adults. There is nothing we would complain about. This is very safe and quiet area. The host is very kind.

The host was super helpful. She gave us good recommendations and booked a taxi for us when we left. The walk to the metro was about 5 minutes. There are not many places to eat on the blocks between the apartment and the metro. The apartment was a good size, the beds were small and basic, but comfortable. The bathrooms were small and had no fans so after 5 of us showered, there was a lot of moisture in the bathroom. Overall it was a comfortable stay and close to lots of places via the metro.

This was a great place to stay in Madrid. It was really cute and in a great location. Our host was amazing and so very helpful. Let us check in early and recommended great restaurants and sight seeing. Great local tapas-bars, and coffee shop right next door to the building. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Madrid! Amazing!
