Vi träffade inte värde,kodlås på dörren, luftkonditionering läckte och rann vatten i sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Vattenläcka i toaletten, en tjock badrumsmatta full av vatten som låg inne i skåpet som var dammigt, etc. Lägenheten var dåligt städad och dåligt skött, flera små kackerlackor som vi dödade. Tanken var täppt och full av sand och lite små skräp och mycket sand och damm överallt, speciellt på den lilla del av tvättstugan. Lägenheten är bra, men det behövs att man ta hand väl om det.

O apartamento é aconchegante para no máximo duas pessoas, tinha bastante equipamentos disponíveis e chuveiro com água quente. O detalhe fica para a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada.O prédio é bem localizado e vizinhança tranquila.

Excelente custo beneficio

O apartamento é muito confortável para duas pessoas, as demais tem colchao extra no Chao. A cozinha é completinha, a localização é perfeita, perto do coração da area turistica, os porteiros sao excelentes, a piscina é otima, vaga de garagem muito boa. Se desejarem levem suas toalhas e lençóis, o enxoval nao é muito novo. No geral, o custo beneficio é excelentes.

Não recomendo.Não tinha cama para toda familia e sim uns colchões velhos,finos, extremamente desconfortáveis.Chuveiro imundo.Ar condiciona do sujo, com mofo e controle não fuincionava.Toalhas velhas , ruins , pequenas e úmidas.

A localização é perfeita, da para sair a pé tranquilamente para a orla, onde tem vários barzinhos e a cadeira gigante. A vista da piscina é fantástica! Pontos a melhorar, uma melhor limpeza, pois algumas baratas pequenas eram encontradas no flat, ar condicionado precisa de uma manutenção. O resto tudo perfeito!

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, o efificio é excelente e com uma excelente estrutura( piscina,academia e máquinas de lavar na cobertura), o apartamento é como nas fotos e é bem estruturado. O ponto negativo foi os controles tanto da Tv como do ar condicionado não funcionarem, não tinha sacolas de lixo nas privadas e falta um escorredor de pratos na cozinha. De resto tudo estava ótimo.

Apartamento ótimo, perto de tudo, funcionários excelentes, educados simpáticos, super confortável, vista da piscina de tirar o fôlego de lindo, vista da sala pega uma parte da praia, chuveiro quente, ar condicionado gelando perfeitamente, móveis, eletro domésticos, roupas de cama, tudo em perfeito Estado. Cama confortável. A Mariana que organizou a minha reserva super simpática, tirou todas as dúvidas. Tivemos um probleminha no AP, nada grave...umas batatas, mas falei com ela, e no dia seguinte bem cedo foi detetizado. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito ótima localização, perto de tudo. Um espeto da esquina que e tudo de bom. Prédio limpo organizado... porteiros André, wilsmis...os outros me perdoa não lembro o nome....a Vânia da limpeza. Todos gentis. Cidade Maravilhosa, que voltarei sim. E ficarei nesse mesmo lugar...pois afinal de contas problemas podem acontecer, mas a agilidade e boa vontade de resolver está de parabéns. Amei TUDO, eu meu esposo e minha Gatinha. Voltaremos comserteza.

No geral atendeu às nossas necessidades, o espaço das acomodações é bom, mas alguns detalhes precisam ser considerados, encontramos algumas baratinhas nos armários e banheiro, o que nos fez usar veneno no ambiente e lavar toda louça antes de utilizar os utensílios, o ar-condicionado tinha um vazamento que acabou molhando os colchonetes, o que causou um transtorno na primeira noite, alguns vazamentos no banheiro também, mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa diversão, gostei da rede na sala, o meu filho pequeno se divertiu bastante com ela, como tenho criança pequena, a falta de rede de proteção nas janelas nos deixou em alerta. O sinal de Wi-fi é muito bom, atendimento na portaria e demais funcionários foi excelente, a piscina e acesso à cobertura também foram ótimos, o que compensou os pequenos transtornos que tivemos com a acomodação. Apartamento dou nota 7,0; Prédio: 8,5; Localização: 10,0; Atendimento: 10,0; Serviços adicionais: 9,5.

O odor de barata nos móveis da cozinha e a presença de algumas delas no apartamento incomodpu um pouco.O chuveiro excelente assim como todo o banheiro,sala e cozinha confortáveis, roupa de cama e de banho em boas condições Funcionários do edifício extremamente educados e simpáticos.Já a academia deixou a desejar,com aparelho sem funcionarc e poucas opções, a piscina suja na terça-feira não nos permitiu im banho no inicio da manhã. No geral,um agradável local, muito próximo de tudo, ficamos satisfeitos com a estadia.

Melhorias nas acomodações do apartamento.

A local é excelente, porém achei as acomodações desconfortáveis, cama de casal muito estreita, colchão duro e cheio de ondulações, sofá horrível, é como se estivesse sentando em uma tábua, ventilador da sala sem potência e barulhento, o banheiro muito antigo, chuveiro não tem água quente. O predio e a localização é o que aproveita.

Chegamos para fazer checkin, na portaria não sabiam qual era o apartamento! Não sabiam de chaves, apartamento sujo, roupa de cama suja com secreções sanguinolentas, torneira da cozinha é somente de enfeite, ar condicionado não funciona, box não tem porta e sujo, vidros sujos Existem dois ventiladores, um só funcionado, o outro meu esposo abriu, limpou pois estava cheio de cabelos e compramos óleo e colocamos, agora funciona! É uma pena o dono não cuidar do imóvel, muito bem localizado, piscina excelente, academia boa, próximo de tudo!
