Luxe Condo was fantastic. Plenty of room for three married couples and accommodations were great. Centrally located in downtown area with access to parking garage for day trips. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Had a great, memorable stay and would stay here again. Owners were helpful and easily accessible.

My family loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for my husband and I along with our 23 year old and 15 year old. Each kid had their own room! The included parking spot in the parking garage across the street is a huge plus! We were very close to all of the downtown places we wanted to visit. Communication with the owners was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Conference getaway

Our work team was looking for a place to escape the ongoing busyness of a week long, all-day Conference in the evenings. We also wanted a place to have a casual conversation as a team or a key partner or two without interruptions of passerbys in a hotel lobby. This location offered us all of that and was very convenient as the Galt House hosted the Conference a couple blocks away.

Besties Reunion

Met up with best friends from college, and had a great stay in Louisville! The condo was clean, well appointed, and well located for everywhere we wanted to go. I’d definitely recommend it, and look forward to a return visit!

Great Location in Downtown Louisville

The condo couldn't have been in a better location in downtown where we could pretty much walk to everything. The condo was quiet and spacious. Rob and Debbie were super responsive for a few questions we had and also provided some great recommendations for the neighborhood.

Great stay!

This was a great property located close to all the fun in downtown Louisville. The condo is clean and beautiful with all the amenities you would want. My only issue was that leading up to my stay I sent a message to the owner with a question and they never replied. Aside from that, communication was good and information was plentiful.

Amazing Stay!

I booked this rental to house 3 of us for a trade show in town. The condo is super spacious and extremely comfy for the time we spent there. The bed I slept on might have been the comfiest bed I've ever slept on at a rental property! You are located right downtown with easy access to any bar / restaurant in the area plus it's super easy for Uber to find you. Getting into the property is very easy as long as you have the access codes ready to go. The owner's were super easy to work with and had great communication when it came to check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend this property!

Nice condo close to everything we needed

We had a business conference in Louisville and brought our three young children. The condo was very clean, nice, and had everything we needed including extras which is really helpful for a week long stay with 5 people. The communication with the owner was always incredibly prompt and that was really appreciated.

Amazing location and place to stay!!

We were blown away with how gorgeous this place was. We felt like royalty!!!! We frequent Louisville several times a year and will check availability of this property first from here on out. Rob was great with communication and can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Great condo in Louisville

Wonderful location! From the condo we were able to walk to restaurants, nightclubs, bourbon tastings, church on Sunday, YUM center for last minute concert tickets and CVS for a forgotten toothbrush. The riverwalk and museums were walkable as well but we didn't have time to do everything. Parking was free and right across the street. It was a little confusing in that one time we needed the parking pass to enter and another time we needed it to exit but that did not effect our 5 star rating. It's a spacious condo, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for long weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.
