Bourbon House 4 was clean, neat, attractive, and welcoming. We had everything we needed for a comfortable visit in Louisville. The location is ideal. The host made check in and check out simple, and instructions were clear. We would recommend highly!

We had a great stay. The house was well equiped, clean, and clutter free. There were plenty of towels for bathing and the hot tub. Communication was excellent. We felt this was a great location to visit churchhill downs and the bourbon trail. We had a party of 4 and the size of the house was great. Bathrooms are a bit small, so more people may be challenged by this.

Cute little house with everything we needed. Air conditioner didn’t work great but the owners addressed it immediately - had a guy out at 8pm to fix it! We would definitely book it again!

This a cute home. Clean and tidy. If you disclose that the second bathroom is away from the bedrooms. The front and back entrances need rails as a preventive falls. After a bad experience with Vrbo this property won me over. Excellent Communication! Quick responses!

Neighborhood needs attention

We found the communication with the owner to be very easy and they responded very quickly to any question we had. We knew the house was small, but it felt very tight inside with our family. Although it appeared clean, we noticed some things that made us feel uncomfortable. The house was cute on the outside, and they did a nice job, trying to update it on the inside, however, it’s an old house that has been remodeled, and we noticed a musty (old house) smell when we walked in the front door. Our family is very sensitive to that so it bothered us, maybe more than it would others.The hot tub was the highlight of our stay and had we not had that it would’ve been a rough weekend. Overall, that is why we gave it lower ratings. You might want to bring your own blankets, as the ones provided were very thin and not very clean. The owner provided just about everything we needed on the inside for it to be an easy stay regarding food preparation and doing our laundry.

The house was really nice and close to downtown. The only issue we had had was a broken bed frame, but they were there in a hour to fix it. We will definitely stay there again.

Bourbon Trail long weekend

Enjoyed the property. Located right off highway so 15 minutes or less to most Louisville locations. House and amenities are as described and pictured. Enjoyed back yard area with hot tub, table and chairs. About an hour ride to Bardstown and Frankfort / Versailles distilleries.

Nice place

Five family members stayed to attend the National Archery Competition. The home was very clean, newly renovated and well equipped. Exactly what we needed. It is in an older neighborhood, but the other homes are nice and it was quiet. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Nice House in a quiet neighborhood

I stayed here with some co-workers while attending an event at the Expo Center. Very clean property, comfortable beds, and minutes from the Expo Center. I usually stay in hotels for work but being my first experience renting a house may have me changing my mind about hotels. Overall great experience.
